Head down stairs and enjoy the expanse finished basement with a private bedroom and full bathroom. You'll also discover a massive 130” TV for movies, sports or Xbox with a powerful surround sound system. Step out onto the basement patio to slip into the steam and relaxation of your own private hot tub with views of Navajo lift and accompanying ski runs.
Once fully relaxed, head upstairs to the spacious loft and sink into the deep, oversized couch nestled in front of a 65" TV. With TVs and Rokus in every room and bedroom of the home you can escape your housemates and take some time for yourself whenever you need. Three distinct and separate living spaces and stunning views of the mountains, chair lifts & ski runs make this home the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. The home is within walking distance to Apple Annie’s, Brian Head General Store, Mountain Peak Coffee, and Pizanos Pizza for dining and shopping!
Brian Head Bungalow HOUSE RULES: As a host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we expect you to follow these house rules and confirm that they have been reviewed within 48 hours of your booking, by continuing to book to agree to these terms. This helps to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of cancelling the booking penalty free as we have a Strict Cancellation policy. We also encourage you to obtain travel insurance for your trip as Brian Head weather can become inclement and we are not able to provide refunds due to lack of access to the home due to highways and road closures. Thank you in advance and we truly appreciate your cooperation!
NO PETS of any kind allowed on property. - BE ADVISED - We have a service animal exception at our property from VRBO due to our child's extreme anaphylaxis allergy to pet dander. If you have a service animal you are advised to not book this property.
NO SMOKING of any kind allowed on property.
Violation of either of these items will be cause for immediate termination of your stay and no refund will be provided. Additional cleaning fees of up to $1,000 will apply if either of the above referenced rules are violated.
NO SHOES allowed inside the home, please bring a pair of you comfiest slippers!
• No commercial filming allowed without prior written consent
• No parties or events allowed
• No smoking of any kind allowed anywhere on premise, this includes vaping. • No pets allowed of any kind.
• Do not exceed maximum occupancy of 10 guests. No unregistered guests are ever allowed. Unregistered guests, or exceeding 12 guests at at any time will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
• No eating or drinking in carpeted areas
• Please respect the noise curfew between 9pm -7am daily.
• Please respect check-in (4:00pm MST) and check-out(10:30am MST) times
• Please take extra care of provided keys if applicable. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
• Please take care of the furnishings. You will be responsible to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
• Please do not rearrange the furniture.
• Please do your dishes.
• Please take the trash out before you leave.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises. Any illegal substances on premise will be a triggering event for police intervention and immediate termination of your booking without refund.
• No alterations or changes to reservations will be granted. This listing has a strict reservation policy, please refer to VRBO policy for cancellation and alteration rules.
*** While we do allow children of all ages to stay at our home, BE ADVISED that the home has NO child proofing safety measures. The home has steep stairs, an open spa with steps for easy climbing access, climbable railings, 2nd story balcony, accessible 2nd and 3rd story windows, bunk beds with ladders, exposed electrical outlets etc.. Therefore, plan ahead and bring any items required to insure any child or infants safety traveling with you or your group while staying at our home. If you plan to travel with children and have any hesitation or reservations about their potential safety please cancel your stay within 48 hours of booking to avoid any potential cancellation fees.
• Damages: Please report and damaged or broken items so that we can either repair or replace them prior to the next guests arrival.
• Parking: Your group will be provided 1 garage parking spot. There is additional parking spaces available throughout the community on a first come, first serve basis. There is no street parking allowed within the community.
• Hot Tub: Please place the floating chlorinator back in to the hot tub at all times when not in use. After replacing the floating chlorinator it is your responsibility to secure the latches of the cover to the shell of the hot tub EVERY TIME you exit the water.
• Consumables: Please acknowledge that occasionally, previous guests may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, it is solely up to the guests' discretion and inspection to conclude if they wish to consume these items. The host does not assume any responsibility for any consumables within the home. If you prefer all consumables be disposed of prior to your arrival simply let us know within 48 hours of making your booking and we will be sure to accommodate that request at time of check in.
