Master Bedroom The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed dressed in premium 100% cotton sheets by California Design Den. Enjoy vintage nightstands, a Roku TV with your favorite channels, and a ceiling fan for added comfort. The attached master bathroom features earthy tones, a modern walk-in shower, and elegant black fixtures complemented by timeless black-and-white mosaic flooring. Sunset Bedroom The spacious Sunset Bedroom (second bedroom) features a queen-size bed with crisp 100% cotton sheets by California Design Den. The room also includes a ceiling fan, a full-size dresser, a floor-length mirror, and a closet with a luggage rack. Blue Retreat Bedroom The inviting Blue Retreat (third bedroom) showcases a vintage-inspired queen-size metal bed with a high-quality mattress and 100% cotton sheets by California Design Den. This room is highlighted by spacious end tables, mid-century lamps with custom “Flora” lampshades, a generous closet with ample storage, a luggage rack, and a mirror for your convenience. Vintage Twin Room The charming Vintage Twin Room (fourth bedroom) features two antique twin beds, each fitted with soft 100% cotton sheets by California Design Den. An antique trunk serves as a nightstand, paired with a cozy modern black lamp. A ceiling fan, a striped area rug, and a spacious closet with a luggage rack add comfort and practicality to this delightful space. All four bedrooms are designed with comfort and style in mind, offering plenty of closet space to make you feel at home. Main Bathroom The main bathroom features a tub-style shower with elegant glass doors, a classic vanity, and beautiful black-and-white mosaic flooring. Guests will find thoughtful amenities, including a blow dryer, fluffy towels, makeup towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash. KITCHEN & DINING: The fully equipped kitchen boasts an electric range, built-in oven, microwave, new dishwasher, and a French-door refrigerator. The original refurbished cabinets add charm and are fully stocked with cookware, coffee mugs, plates, bowls, and a selection of organic spices to enhance your meals. Start your morning with the perfect sunrise view, paired with a cup of Italian Lavazza coffee from either the French press or the family-sized coffee machine by Beautiful. If you’re feeling inspired to throw a shrimp on the barbie, just steps outside the garage is a heavy-duty park-style charcoal grill, complete with a bench for relaxing and a vintage iron patio table with chairs and an umbrella for shaded outdoor dining. Inside, the dining room comfortably seats eight at the main table in the lounge, while the mid-century pub-café table in the kitchen seats two—perfect for a cozy breakfast. You can also enjoy your meals al fresco at the picnic table on the patio. LIVING ROOM & CHECKERED PATIO: The living room is bathed in natural light thanks to its large windows and features a cozy Italian leather couch and a cloud-like armchair. Enjoy your favorite shows or movies on the Roku TV, or curl up with a soft blanket and decorative pillows. The vintage Victorian mantel and rocking chair add a nostalgic touch, while the space is perfect for conversations, board games (we have a great selection!), or sipping bubbles while listening to vinyl records on our record player. The Checkered Patio is a unique and serene addition to the house. Surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass windows, it offers peaceful views of the lush green lawn. Whether you’re unwinding in the modern chairs with a marble-topped table, practicing yoga at sunrise, or meditating in this bright, airy space, the patio offers the perfect retreat. Need to catch up on work? Escape to the cozy corner desk, open your laptop, and enjoy a little productivity in a tranquil setting. Laundry Facilities: Enjoy the convenience of a full-sized washer and dryer. Free Parking: Ample space for up to three vehicles. ❗️There are three steps leading to the sleeping quarters of the house, which include four bedrooms. Please keep this in mind when booking if you have small children, elderly family members or individuals with mobility challenges. Access to all the rooms, laundry, private fenced backyard and patio. Locked only few closets for cleaner’s supplies. We are just 15 min.away if you have any problems during your stay. Important: Guest must read and agree to house rules prior to booking.
