Welcome to Curly’s Hangout hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This well-appointed home is available exclusively for the NFL Draft coming to Green Bay in April of 2025. This ranch home with a walkout lower level has five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a lower-level family room with ping-pong and foosball tables. Stay connected with the action of the Draft with six televisions, all with access to your favorite streaming services. The wooded backyard has a deck, lower patio, and firepit.

Neighboring Sherwood Forest is the perfect location for a morning walk on the well-maintained trails. The home is located 2 miles from Lambeau Field. If the April weather is still a little chilly, the home offers two gas fireplaces and one electric fireplace. The large driveway provides ample parking, but street parking is also allowed.

This home is exclusively available for rental during the 2025 Draft in Green Bay. Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
• A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).
