Gorgeous and Spacious Top Floor Condo near the Best of Wildwood!
Gorgeous top floor open concept unit near the best of Wildwood's Beaches and Boardwalk! This highly desirable unit purchased in 2022 is now available for its third rental season with four generously sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious partially covered sundeck, parking for three to four vehicles (depending on size), and an expansive rear yard with a private outdoor shower.
Exquisite dining options just off nearby Pacific and New Jersey Avenues include Cattle N’ Clover, Dogtooth Bar & Grill, MudHen Brewing Company, Marvis Dinner, and for breakfast Uncle Bill’s Pancake House. Enjoy plenty of shopping and entertainment options between Rio Grande Blvd and the Boardwalk just south of Surfside Pier / Oceanside Oasis and Morey’s Pier / Raging Waters. The Wildwood Convention Center is also conveniently located just down the street.
Upon arrival, guests can pull into the garage and unload by way of an access throughway, shared by both units, from the garage to the stairwell. Proceeding up the stairs to the third level of the complex places guests in front of the unit’s main entry. Once inside, an open kitchen, living, and dining area present a great space for entertaining, preparing, and enjoying meals. Access to the partially covered deck is obtained through the living area’s one of two sliding glass balcony doors. The balcony offers partial ocean views and residential views, and provides a great space to catch some rays or entertain on Summer nights. Back inside, the hallway to the rear bedrooms, bathrooms, and utility room is just past the main entry and kitchen. Down the hallway, the first of two full bathrooms with combination tub/shower will be on the right-hand side with the first pyramid (one twin over one double mattress) bedroom immediately across. Further down the hall across from the second pyramid bedroom is the larger laundry room with washer, dryer, and utility sink. At the rear of the hallway to the right is the third bedroom outfitted with a queen sized bed, with the King Suite at the very end of the hallway. The King Suite features an attached full bathroom with stained glass windows and a combination tub / shower.
Cancellation Policy: All payments towards the reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.
An optional amenities package is available for $150 through Beach Home Services for your convenience. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwashing supplies. Items will be individually wrapped inside grey plastic storage totes and orange dry-cleaning bags and located near the unit’s entry upon your arrival. Tenants will need to bring Extra Blankets and Pillows for Sleeping (just in case), Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows, Bedspreads / Comforters are provided.
