This delightful two-story North End home features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and the added convenience of a washer and dryer, offering a cozy and welcoming retreat. Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including a fully fenced backyard designed for relaxation and fun. The backyard boasts a barbecue grill, comfortable seating, and a fire pit—perfect for creating unforgettable evenings under the stars. For a peaceful escape, the front porch provides additional seating to unwind and soak in the charm of the neighborhood.

We're happy to accommodate 1-2 well-behaved dogs, with a pet fee of $42 per dog for the entire stay. Please note that cats are not allowed.

DOWNSTAIRS:
Welcome! As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the warmth of the inviting living room, complete with a cozy gas fireplace, a comfortable couch, and a Roku TV for all your entertainment needs. Just beyond, the bright, fully-equipped kitchen awaits, along with a dining area for four and a convenient workstation with a monitor for any tasks that need attention. A half bath and laundry room are thoughtfully located between the living room and kitchen, adding an extra layer of comfort and convenience to your stay.

UPSTAIRS:
Both bedrooms are located upstairs, offering a peaceful retreat. The primary bedroom boasts a cozy king-sized bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed. A full bathroom conveniently sits between the two bedrooms, providing easy access to both.

This home offers the convenience of a two-car garage accessible via the alley, complete with an interior door that leads directly to the backyard. The spacious, fully fenced yard provides a secure space for your dogs to play freely. Outside, you'll find a barbecue perfect for grilling, plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing, and a fire pit to gather around and enjoy cozy evenings under the stars.

Out front, the inviting porch offers a charming spot for two to unwind and take in the quiet, North-End neighborhood ambiance.

House Rules:
*Quiet Hours are between 9pm – 8am.
*There cannot be more than 6 people in or on the property at one time and no more than 4 occupants overnight.
*We do offer late check out and early check in, when possible, for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check out really affects our cleaner's schedule. If you do not arrange a late checkout in advance, there is a $55 fee. If you do not checkout by noon, you will be charged an additional night's stay.
*This is a non-smoking house. A $500 smoke mitigation fee will apply if smoking of any variety is found.
*Please remove shoes when entering the home to protect the flooring and reduce dirt intrusion.
*1-2 well-behaved dogs are allowed. We love them dearly, but sorry: no cats. There is a pet servicing fee of $45/pet. This is a one-time charge that will be requested via the Airbnb resolution center after you have booked. Please remove any dog droppings and dog hair before checking out. If pet hair or waste causes additional cleaning expense the expense will be billed to you. If discovered any unauthorized pets will need to be immediately removed and a pet mitigation charge of $500 will apply.
*Events (like a baby shower, reception, birthday party, etc) are not allowed. Unauthorized events will be subject to a minimum charge of $1500. Additional charges for damage may also apply.
*Friendly reminder to please use the provided black towel for face make-up. So many of our towels and pillowcases are stained by oil based make-up and our professional laundry service can't even bust these stains. We appreciate you helping us conserve our linens.
*If your stay is longer than 30 nights, a monthly cleaning is required and will be charged using the resolution center. Linen service and more frequent cleanings are available if you would like.
*Sometimes it's hard to know what sound level is too much so we use a noise monitoring device. It won't invade your privacy because it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it only monitors the ambient noise level (measured in decibels). If it goes off, it gives us a chance to warn you that your sound level is such that it could upset our neighbors.
*If a failure to follow the house rules impacts the next guest's stay and causes us to need to discount or refund that next guest you agree to be responsible for the resulting cost.
