Enter the great room and cozy up on the couch next to the fireplace where you'll have a front row seat to watch the sun set on the lake. Enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast with your family in the kitchen or on the covered porch attached with a wood burning fireplace, seating, and a TV.

Prepare meals for your large group in peace with our amazing fully stocked butlers kitchen and Viking appliances. Make cooking dinner fun by grabbing a mocktail or cocktail from our built in bar on the mail level and enjoy yourself. This home has 3 bedrooms that have ensuite baths + every bedroom includes your own walk in closet. When you venture into the basement you'll find an amazing movie room + arcade room. Send the kids to the basement to play while the adults can enjoy the serenity upstairs.

When you walk out onto the back patio, you'll find outdoor seating + a luxury Jacuzzi Tub. Follow the steps down to the dock or use our handicap accessible hillivator. At the bottom you'll find water toys and a sauna that fits 3.

From Monday 6/30/2025 - Sunday 8/10/2025 ALL Reservations will require a six night minimum stay. ONLY during these dates will arrival will be on Monday at 2pm and Departure will be on Sunday at 12pm.

PET POLICY
-Manhattan Point is pet friendly with prior approval, a signed pet addendum, and a fee of $50 per day. Max 2 pets allowed. Fee applied to reservation after booking is made. On top of the pet fee, there will be an additional fee starting at $150 if we deem there is damage to the property regarding your pets stay.
