Diese große (über 1660 m²), luxuriöse Eigentumswohnung befindet sich in einer Ecke am Strand an der Westseite des Gebäudes in der 9. Etage und bietet Blick auf Orange Beach, Perdido Key, den Fluss Ole und die Insel Ono. Jedes der drei extragroßen Schlafzimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon, zwei verfügen über Kingsize-Betten, das dritte über Etagenbetten, in denen jeweils ein Erwachsener oder 2 Kinder (insgesamt unter 150 Pfund) in einer 32-Zoll-Wohnung untergebracht werden können Bildschirm-TV, DVD und Bad.

Das professionell eingerichtete Interieur verfügt über eine große Küche mit Blick von außen, Granitoberflächen, eine Wet Bar mit Eismaschine und alle Kücheneinrichtungen. Das elegante Wohnzimmer und der Essbereich bieten zudem einen unübertroffenen Blick auf den Strand. Nagelneuer 50-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und DVD-Player im Wohnzimmer. Alle DVD-Player sind WLAN-fähig und verfügen über eine Netflix-App, sodass Sie sich bei Bedarf in Ihrem eigenen Konto anmelden können.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat einen privaten Zugang zum 428 m² großen Balkon mit Meerblick, einem Kingsize-Bett und einem eigenen Bad mit Whirlpool und separater Dusche sowie einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Es hat auch einen 46-Zoll-Flachbild-TV und einen DVD-Player.

Regency Isle ist eine neuere, am Strand gelegene Wohnung 4 / 10th of a Meile von der Florida State Line. Die Gäste können sowohl den beheizten Innenpool als auch den großen Außenpool, zwei Whirlpools, das Dampfbad und den Fitnessraum nutzen. Es gibt auch einen Pavillon mit Gasgrills. Es hat reservierte Parkplätze, Vor-Ort-Management und umfassenden Sicherheitsdienst abgedeckt.

Great Beach Spot

Great corner unit in a fantastic spot on Orange Beach. Perfect space for our family of 6 - beautiful views, easy access to uncrowded beach and pool, wished we could have stayed longer. Would definitely use this condo on a return trip.

Great Stay!

Condo had everything we needed. Beds very comfortable. Parking garage spaces seemed unorganized-took a while to find our spot. Had nice beach chairs and some toys for kids, although we did not use them. Owner was very responsive!

Beautiful spacious condo

We loved staying at this condo for the weekend with my 2 year old! The pool was perfect when the waves were too much and the rooms were set up with everything we need. Stacey was super responsive and helpful. We will probably be staying here again next year!

Second year at Regency Isle. Love the covered parking. Condo was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed in kitchen. Beds were comfortable. I will definitely look at renting in this condo again.

Great place to stay in Orange Beach

This place had it all. Great beds and soft sheets. Each room had a balcony and its own bathroom. We really appreciated the beach chairs and toys for the little one. The ice machine was an added plus to take a cooler to the beach every day. Had a couple of minor issues but contacted the host and was taken care of. Great place to stay! Would definitely rent again!

Great Family Vacation spot.

This was the second year we have rented this condo for our family vacation. We've stayed at Regency Isle for at least the last 5 trips to Orange Beach. This kitchen was fully stocked, even better this year than last. I have a number of siblings in the OB area. We had plenty of room to entertain groups for dinnet almost every night. The closenes of The FloraBama is always a draw within walking distance, and the pizza at Happy Harbor was a hit too. Obviously my family loves RI and specifically this condo, we'be back!

A Special Week at Regency Isle

My wife and I searched the Gulf Coast for a beach condo to host our two grown daughters and their husbands for a relaxing week. After narrowing our potential list to five which we then reviewed with the girls. Regency Isle 912 was the consensus choice and we were in no way disappointed! The condo was everything we expected and more! A great location, beautiful section of the beach, and fantastic accommodations set us up for a perfect week. Add the fact that the owner is more responsive than any I’ve ever worked with and we are already planning a return trip!!

Beautiful condo!

Loved this condo. Had amazing views from every room in the condo along with a very spacious balcony facing the beach and one outside the other two bedrooms. We had plenty of room for everyone in our group and so helpful to have bathrooms in each room plus another 1/2 bath. The condo was in a great location - very quiet and family oriented. Ice maker a definite plus! The owner was very easy to contact and was quick to take care of an issue we had with washing machine. Loved everything about this condo! Would definitely rent this condo again!!!

Our first trip but not our last!

This beach is beautiful! And so is the condo!!! We have traveled many beaches and by far this is on the top of our list for great overall vacations. We did losts of activities with the kids and enjoyed the very white beaches. The restaurants in the area are fabulous. Condo is an end unit with a direct view of the beach and a view to the west which many of the other units don't have. It was great to have the 3 bedrooms in this condo for the kids to sleep separately. The unit is very updated and clean. You can tell the owners put lots of TLC into the unit. Owners are very accomodating. I will be booking this unit again next year! Highly recommend to all.

Loved this unit and building

Nothing but great things to say about Regency Isle. The unit was exactly as described and the beds were all super comfy. The view out the front balcony (which connects the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms) was absolutely breathtaking. We will never stay West of the bridge any longer! I don't know if it was because we vacationed a little later in the month than we normally do, but the water was crystal clear and the beach and pool had plenty of room with lots of open chairs at all times. It was amazing. Kitchen was very well stocked and the added ice bin was amazing as well. Gas grills were a nice bonus as well. The only thing I can recommend for Regency Isle is a better fitness facility. The one they have is pretty non existent and cables were broken.

Relaxation at its best!

Beautiful unit! Just love the decor, furniture and EVERYTHING! Have been staying in the complex for a while and have finally found a favorite unit! We loved the view outside and in! Photos are as pictured and even better:) Clean and comfy. And all the beds slept great. You wouldnt want to waste the day in bed, but tell my daughter that! A child napping on vacation willfully, success for the comfy beds! The second and third bedrooms were so nicely equipped and decorated. The master was just beautifu! The sunrises were worth waking early and the sunsets are so beautiful from the unit you will want to eat dinner on the balcony for the best view on the beach. We love Regency Isle for its quiet area and smaller complex. No crowds and every ammenity you could hope for rain or shine. Watched dolphins as we relaxed on the oversized balcony and enjoyed watching the rain roll in on the "back balcony" that looks over Ono Island. Roomy and comfy with nice electronics. The outdoor furniture has something for everyone and room for all. If we had been rained in, we would be comfortable inside with the nice tv's and movies for all! Its the extras they have for their renters that make it special. Owners were just a pleasure to work with! Prompt with answers through the reservation process and just nice as can be! Everything was just smooth and easy as can be. With a child that has allergies, the tile flooring and leather furniture was a relief. They just have everything a renter could ask for. Wonderful stay! Coming back next visit for sure:) Thank you SO much!!!

Book this condo!

This was the perfect condo for our family. Private bathrooms in each bedroom was incredibly valuable. Views were never ending with two balconies. Very well stocked unit for lots of meal prep and cooking. Each adult complimented the comfortable beds. The communication and concern from the owner was incredible and appreciated. Stacey wants her guests to have a great experience at this property. Certainly recommend this property and condo for families. A very memorable week.

Thoroughly enjoyed

Beautiful unit #912. Enjoyed the lesser crowd of orange beach as gulf shores was very populated due to a festival taking place. Condo was far enough from the big crowd in the main strip of gulf shores but definitely close enough to enjoy at out leisure. Great celebratory trip for my daughter's 5th gr. graduation!
