Dieses vier Schlafzimmer, drei Bad Lakefont Haus ist ein großartiger Ort zum Entspannen und genießen Sie den See mit Familie und Freunden. Es bietet eine moderne, voll ausgestattete Küche, Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Wintergarten mit herrlichem Blick auf den See. Auf der einen Seite des Wintergartens befindet sich eine große Terrasse mit reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Holzkohlegrill. Auf der anderen Seite des Wintergartens befindet sich eine Veranda mit Tisch und Stühlen, die sich perfekt zum Sonnenuntergang eignet! Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Das Obergeschoss Zimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten (kann zu einem König gemacht werden) und Zugang zum Obergeschoss Gäste-WC. Im Erdgeschoss kann ein toller Weg für die Kinder sein! Es bietet eine Höhle mit einem Fernseher, Spielkonsole, zwei Schlafzimmer (jeweils mit zwei Einzelbetten, ein Vollbad und eine große Leinwand Veranda mit einem tollen Blick auf den See. Ganz oben auf der Liste der Annehmlichkeiten befindet sich das private Doppeldecker-Dock mit einer Bootsrampe neben dem Dock! Es ist der perfekte Ort, um sich zu entspannen, ein paar Rochen zu fangen, zu angeln oder einfach nur die Ruhe des Sees zu genießen.

Lake get away

This place was the perfect place to kick back and relax! The house was nice with so many little extras like the porches that over looked the lake, the chimney on the porch where you could have a fire, and the screened in porch downstairs. We loved the double dock and we caught lots of fish! We canoed and the teenagers loved the body board. We played cornhole and grilled out! We loved it and will stay again!

Great Lake Hartwell Location

Very happy with our long weekend stay at this property. The location is perfect on a quiet cove with great dock and deep water. The house had everything we needed, was very comfortable, and is close to grocery stores and restaurants. Very easy to find. Jon was one of the best VRBO hosts I have encountered - super communicative, very helpful, and wanting to make sure we enjoyed the best stay that we could. Highly recommend, particularly for families.

Relaxing & Awesome time on the Lake

My family and I had a wonderful time from the moment we arrived. Our main focus was relaxing, boating and having fun. The week went to fast and we wish we could have stayed another week. The lake house accommodated each of us comfortably. We had an easy time prepping meals, having three bathrooms for cleaning up after a great lake day and nice grassy areas for our dog. Jon the property owner was wonderful to communicate with from the start. It was a great getaway!

Great location!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway. The location on the lake is perfect, and the house has beautiful views from the porches and sunroom. The double-decker dock was great, and we really appreciated the option to add the pontoon rental - wonderful to be able to come and go on the water all weekend right from our dock. The kitchen and furnishings are as they appear in the listing photos - functional but not fancy. The host was very quick with communications and helpful. Overall a great place to stay!

Wonderful time on the lake.

We have been coming to Hartwell for 13 years. This was our favorite location. Having the boat on site was a bonus for us. The house was perfect and very homey. Jon is a great host. Definitely recommend. We will be back!

Great property for families!

This house had the perfect layout for families with kids. Kids took over the basement and had plenty of room to spread out. The double decker dock was a big hit. Owner was super-responsive and helpful. Dog friendly and fun neighbors. We had a fantastic stay.

Wonderful Lake House!

Best lake house we’ve stayed at in the past 4 years! Great layout of the house, wonderful yard, great double-decker boat dock! Wonderful cove to swim/fish in. Dog friendly! Close to The Galley restaurant. Jon was prompt in communication. Will come again!

Vacation stay

This is a great house for a single family stay. Dock and yard is nice, great porches, kitchen and sitting areas. One draw back, is that if multiple adults are going to stay here, the beds need to be upgraded. One room with a king is great, but the rest of the beds (4) are singles. Could do better there.

Lake House

We all enjoyed our stay at the Lake House. The house was supplied with everything we needed. We enjoyed the lake, went on pontoon rides, grilled on the deck, and enjoyed the beautiful views of Lake Hartwell. The owners are easy to contact if needed. They have a great place for family and pets to enjoy! I would highly recommend. It was very peaceful and we enjoyed every moment!

Family Getaway

We simply wanted a break to get away and enjoy time together . The girls did not even want to ride into town. We gave them the choice of the Greenville Zoo or staying home swimming and we stayed home. They had fun on the boat thinking the whole lake belonged to them. It was a good trip. Would love to do it again!

Awesome Lake Views

This lake rental provides the ultimate in relaxation for family gatherings and/ or chill out weekends with friends. The view which can be seen from many of the home's vantage points (including the party deck atop of the large dock) is very calming. You'll feel the stress drain away immediately. Given the home and property's size, everyone has plenty of room to spread out and do their own "nothing". The property is accurately described and portrayed in the VRBO ad page. It also excellently located and Tiger fans will especially appreciate how close it is to Clemson. The sizable kitchen is well outfitted for preparing meals, and dinners out are available a short distance away at Portman Marina's two restaurants. We loved the place and are ready to return.

Ultimate fishing house

My wife and I stayed at the Lakehouse for the 2020 BASSMASTER open. What a house!!! For tournament practice I parked my boat on the dock and ran an extension chord from the receptacle plug on shore. Very convenient ...a short run to all the big spotted bass areas I wanted to fish. The house was well maintained, beds were very comfortable, and appliances great for cooking (We cooked a big ham the first day to have for the rest of the week). When we weren't fishing it was a short drive to the numerous trailheads for hiking with our pups. Clemson Botanical Gardens is 20 mins away!!! Grocery shopping was very close by. Jon was a great host and was very accommodating/responsive. Any questions we had he answered promptly ... we even stayed an extra two days and he made the transaction very smooth. All and All we loved our stay at the lake house and plan to return.

Disappointed

For the price, I expected a 4 or 5 star experience but was disappointed. The lake was awesome but the house was rather run-down. It is set on a rural road in a residential neighborhood that is littered with trash. We were the only renters on a street of old homes. The sun room and kitchen were nice but the furniture is old, mattresses uncomfortable and linens worn. The furnishings are a hodge-podge and drawers chock-full of junk. It doesn't seem like a house that is set up for renters. The dock had a lot of wasps and mud daubers, and when I asked about raising the canopy on the boat, I was told, "Just knock the mud dauber nests out." I was stung by a wasp on the 2nd day which tainted the experience. We did enjoy the boat, but the final straw was on the 4th night when we saw cockroaches in the house. We left the next day, 3 days early. I shared my experience with the owner and asked for a refund for the 3 nights and was told no. There has to be a better way to have a boat vacation.

Easy to get ahold of if have any questions, their home is very clean nice and very cozy , loved sitting on dock every night fishing , my dog loved it and was worried because she has never been out of our yard but as us she loved it also , YES WE WILL RENT AGAIN ! Relaxing Summer Get-a-way

Our family had a great time at this lake house! We had plenty of space to suit our needs for adults and kids alike. We all slept comfortably and prepared our meals in the spacious and equipped kitchen. We especially enjoyed access to the lake to fish and paddle around. We spent most of our time playing outside in the yard and ate supper on the downstairs screened in patio. We explored the city of Anderson and enjoyed walking around the downtown shops and our meal at Dolittles. We're glad for our visit and summer memories of Lake Hartwell!

Wonderful Vacation Home

This home is extremely nice - clean, uncluttered but with everything you could need. Nice selection of pots and pans - even a large pot for cooking shrimp. Jon was extremely helpful. Anytime we had a question, he responded quickly. Beds were very comfortable, views spectacular, we had everything we needed. Grandsons totally enjoyed fishing off of your amazing dock. We hope to come back in cooler weather so that we can build a fire in the stone fireplace. My favorite thing was the lovely red all season room. No detail overlooked. Thank you Jon!

This property is located on a quiet dead end street and only 10 minutes away from Portman Shoals Marina, The Galley Restaraunt, and Nami's Japanese Restaraunt by car or boat. The house is also about 25 minutes away from Clemson University and about 30 minutes away from the outlets in Commerce, GA.

About the Cove and Dock:
Deep water creek, Boat ramp (useable depending on the level of the lake), covered dock with sun deck and ladder, cove protected from rough, big water.
