Welcome to Townes @ North Hills! This beautifully renovated 3 bedroom 2.5 bath property is minutes away from North Hills in the heart of Raleigh. The exquisite layout was professionally furnished and staged with the guests' stay in mind. Pool included and just a short walk away. Or stroll to North Hills/ Midtown with tons of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.
The space

For added security, this property is equipped with a doorbell camera positioned at the front door and two exterior security cameras positioned at each corner of the back part of the property. These cameras are equipped with motion detection and recording capabilities, ensuring an extra layer of safety during your stay. Please rest assured that your privacy is our top priority. The cameras are strictly for exterior monitoring and do not have access to any interior spaces. They are solely in place to enhance security and ensure peace of mind for our guests.
Guest access
There are 2 free parking spots in front of the property marked with the house number for your use. Please avoid parking in other properties' spaces to prevent being towed. If you have more than 2 cars, you can park on the street half a block away. We can also provide a visitor parking spot for 1 car in front of the swimming pool upon request. This requires a parking pass, which must be requested 14 days before check-in and returned at check-out. There is a $150 charge for lost or unreturned parking passes.
Guests can use the community pool of the neighborhood which is 4 houses away. The pool will be open mid to end of June. Any lost or unreturned pool pass has an additional charge of $200.
Other things to note
We wanted to let you know that we may use air fresheners in our properties to ensure a fresh and pleasant environment. However, we understand that some guests may have allergies or sensitivities to certain scents. If you do not want us to use air fresheners during your stay, please let us know in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Please note that it may take more than 2 days to fully remove air fresheners from the property.
This property is equipped with a Smart TV, but please note that we do not provide cable television services. Guests are welcome to use their own app subscriptions to access streaming services on the TV. The Smart TV is equipped with various streaming apps, but you’ll need your own accounts to access content.
We also maintain our yard by having it cut every 2-3 weeks. If you find the yard needs attention when you arrive, please let us know. We can arrange for the yard to be cut earlier if needed.

We take every measure to maintain a clean and pest-free environment, including preventative pest treatments conducted every two months. However, while the likelihood of encountering pests is exceedingly low, due to the proximity to nature, there is a remote possibility of such encounters. For this reason, we remind all guests and visitors to keep the doors and windows closed at all times to prevent bugs from entering the property. Rest assured, we are committed to promptly addressing any pest issues that may arise to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.
