Das Haus bietet Platz für 16 Betten und bietet viel Platz für die ganze Familie, Großfamilie und dann einige. Sie haben wahrscheinlich noch nie gehört von Mesick, MI, aber Sie sind sicher, mit uns darüber nach Ihrem Aufenthalt zu sprechen. Mesick liegt zentral zwischen Traverse City (man denke Cherry Festival), Crystal Mountain Ski und Golf Resort, Cadillac und Caberfae Peaks Skigebiet entfernt. Wir haben mehr als 12 Morgen für Sie zu erkunden und das Haus bequem 1/4 Meile weg für Motorschlitten, Quads des ORV Trail befindet und Side-by-Seiten. Bringen Sie alle Ihre Spielzeug, wir haben genug Platz zum Parken. Der Hodenpyl Dam Pond ist 3 Minuten entfernt und Sie können die ganze Natur mit dem Kanu, Kajak oder Boot genießen. Es gibt viele Kanufahrt Ausrüster der Nähe, oder selbst mitbringen und einen Tagesausflug machen den Manistee Fluss aus es nach unten. Die Möglichkeiten sind endlos und wir können helfen.

Fabulous Fall Getaway

Couldn’t have asked for a better fall weekend in Michigan. Ryan gave us many great recommendations for neighboring communities for hiking and restaurants. Glen Arbor was our favorite day at Sleeping Bear Dunes, River Club mini golf and Cherry Public House. The cabin had very comfortable couches and beds for relaxing after returning. Beautiful fall colors out the front and back windows of the property. Had a great bonfire with provided wood one night under a star filled sky. Wonderful stay in the woods.

Slice of heaven

This home was perfect for our large family! It’s a gorgeous, well taken care of home with plenty of living space for large families. All of the beds are super comfortable, a kitchen that has plenty of space to cook large dinners and fire pit in back with plenty of chairs to spend an evening out under the stars chatting. The house is nestled in a nice neighborhood but you wouldn’t know it when you are on property, as there is a lot of acreage surrounding the home. The owner was a great communicator and was responsive to any question I had. This was the perfect home for our family getaway, we will absolutely stay here again.

Despite their being a lack of snow this was the perfect winter/summer/anytime cabin to bring family together and enjoy nature as well as a beautiful home! Ryan was a great host who made sure we knew he was only a call away, and honestly the directions and expectations were so clear we never had to make a call. Fun family winter getaway

Our family enjoyed staying at the Smiling Moose Lodge during the holidays. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It seemed colder on one side of the cabin for a few of the bedrooms but fortunately there were extra blankets available. It was a relatively short drive to Crystal Mountain and we explored a little of the surrounding area around Manistee River. Thanks for a memorable trip!

Comfortable, spacious location for family gathering

Smiling Moose Lodge was just the right place for a midsummer gathering with our kids and grandkids. Plenty of space to spread out and relax; very clean; the foodies in the group gave the kitchen a big thumbs up. An easy drive to Lake Michigan beaches and to Crystal Mountain for golf. But the setting is so lovely and private, it's nice to just stay "home."

Beautiful house and property

The house and property are beautiful, and exactly what you see in the pictures. We were thrilled with our stay. Firepit was great and very secluded with no neighbors close by. Few extra rules to pay attention to than other rentals we have used, that being said the stay was great.

Family fun

Home and property are beautiful. The house was huge, we had 6 kids from 3-11 and 6 adults. Plenty of room for the kids to play inside and out. Kitchen was great for cooking large meals and still being able to keep a conversation going and watching the kids in the living room. Kitchen table was perfect for our group of 12 to sit all together. Fire place !! So easy to use and made it feel so homey. The property was nice, kids took a walk down the river and roasted marshmallows. Took a trip to Crystal mountain about 15 min away. Grocery store just 2 minutes away. Bedroom and bathroom super clean! Love the house. Will be back again.

Perfect getaway

We stayed here with only 10 people (supposed to be 16 but 6 of them either had covid or were in contact with the one that does). It was plenty of room for the 10 of us and we loved it. Beautiful views out all of the windows and there are a ton of them! Close to trails for hiking and 2 ski resorts. The kitchen is the best stocked of any vrbo I have stayed in...there were 3 corck pots! Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating. The new dining room table was perfect for our group. New carpet in the living room was beautiful and we loved the fireplace. The only thing we wished for was a table and chairs in the loft to play games on. The host was very responsive with questions and we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Northern Michigan Cabin for Large Groups

We had an amazing long weekend stay at the cabin — it was more than spacious enough for our group of 12, it was very well maintained and clean, it came with everything we needed, and it was set back in a beautiful wooded area with a creek running through the property.

Perfect Family Retreat

Our large family rented this gorgeous property to celebrate our parent’s 50th wedding anniversary. The house and property was perfect for cooking meals, gathering outdoors, and keeping all ages entertained. The home was well-stocked and the open floor plan made us feel like we were all together even if we were doing different things. Ryan was a highly communicative and helpful host. 12 acres is overrated as most of it is woods and poison ivy. Not much yard for the kids to play. The pond was disgusting and needs some attention. Not much to do in town but the cabin itself was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.
