Diese vier Schlafzimmer, drei Badezimmer zu Hause befindet sich in Westridge, Manors Norden, eine Wohnanlage neben dem Highway 27. Die Villa befindet sich nur 10 Minuten vom Highway entfernt 192 in Richtung Norden oder 10 Minuten zum I4 Kreuzung in Richtung Süden.

Es bietet ein eigenes masterbedroom mit TV, die zusammen mit einem vollen Schlafzimmer mit TV & DVD im Erdgeschoss befindet. Zwei Schlafzimmer besetzen die im Obergeschoss ein Badezimmer teilen.

Eine geräumige Familienzimmer mit TV und DVD und mit Blick auf die Terrasse und Pool-Bereich. Eine formale Essbereich ist in dieser Umgebung. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche und separatem Waschraum. Zweifellos ein außergewöhnlich gut gepflegtes Zuhause für Urlaub in.

Excellent stay

Communication excellent. We had a few queries before booking which were answered promptly. Villa has had some upgrades and was ideal for your purposes. It was clean and tidy with everything we needed for our stay. Management were in touch with us after some bad weather to ensure everything was OK. Will look to book this villa again.

Comfortable, spacious property

Comfortable, spacious property in lovely quiet neighbourhood. Gillian was great. Super fast communication. The grandkids loved their time there - playing in pool, and games room. Christmas tree was a welcomed addition, especially as it helped Santa locate two excited little ones! 😁

Nice house for vacation needs

Was pleased that they have updated the furniture since pictures were taken last. Served our needs and then some. Pool was clean and other families have left pool toys, floats ect. Grill was an essential to have. Pool table and foosball were and added bonus. Property management Gillian was very nice and stopped by to adjust our temperature to our liking. Overall good area. Neighbor to the left is a permanent and him and his wife were very nice as well.

Needs Updating

We were disappointed in this home. We have rented many homes over a period of about 15 years off and on and this home was a rare disappointment. It really needed some fresh paint, for one thing. Ceilings around the vents were dirty, baseboards were dirty. The throw rugs in the kitchen and bathrooms looked like they hadn't been washed recently. The furniture in the living room was super uncomfortable, mattresses were all very hard. If a person can't get a good night's sleep on their vacation, it kind of makes it hard to want to go do anything. When we got there, the pool area outside looked like it hadn't been hosed off in a long time. The pool cover was filthy and the pool itself literally had spots of dirt on the bottom and bugs all over the surface. We couldn't adjust the air conditioning because the thermostat was under a locked box. It got cool a couple of nights and we would have turned the air down. They don't have cable. They have Roku without any local channels. We were there during March Madness and my husband had to leave the house to find a place to watch some of the games. The house is supposed to sleep eight but there were only about four washcloths, and only a few hand towels left there for our use. We were happy with the property manager, Gillian. She made sure to have someone come and clean the pool and pool area after I called about it and had washcloths and hand towels brought to us. When we discovered there wasn't a tank for the grill, her husband brought one to us pretty quickly. We had no issues with the property managers at all. They were great. We just wouldn't ever rent this particular house again.

Très belle propriété

Grande maison avec suite familiale. Propre, bien agencée et équipée. Piscine privée très pratique après les journées chargées. Juste en point negatif: la climatisation est bruyante et on ne peut pas la regler (bouton de controle enfermé dans un boitier). Manque un blender pour les petits déjeuners

Home away from home

My stay was fantastic and the right fit for us. The kids enjoyed the pool and the the pool table. Great for soaking in the sun and relaxing. Nice quiet neighborhood. The neighbors in the community were very friendly, and made me feel as if I lived there. The property itself was up to par as presented. Now for Gillian and Ted what can I say, they were marvelous! Even their daughter whom I had the pleasure to meet when we were leaving. They were very attentive to any calls we made and that alone was a plus! I highly recommend them for any booking.

Our stay

The property was nice. If you want the pool heated I would be sure to do it in the beginning of your stay. I don’t believe that the cleaning people check everything because we found trash and food underneath the couch. Other than that we loved the house and it was in a great location.

A fantastic experience

We were originally scheduled to stay at this property in Westridge Manors North. However, as we drove south to Florida, the number of American coronavirus (COVID-19) cases exploded, forcing many VRBO cancelations. While many of the main tourist attractions were shuttered, the property manager, Gillian, took the initiative to compile and send us an email that featured what businesses were still operating. She also switched us to a different property on Casterton Circle in Westridge Manors South that still had four bedrooms with a slightly larger enclosed patio and allowed us to check in early. We did not ignore the warnings of social distancing, and it enabled us to truly enjoy a relaxing vacation. The property is located just a couple miles south of a Publix grocery store and we loved being confined to the beautiful property for five days of sun and poolside fun. I cannot stress enough what a magnificent experience we had with Gillian. She was always available and kind each time we talked. We have been VRBO members for a few years and will most definitely search her out for our next booking. I urge you to do the same. You will not be disappointed.

Complications

Some maintenance issues need addressed 2 broken beds headboard separated from frame, broken chair, bedding - mattress pads dirty and when washed plastic ripped apart, our confirmation listed cable tv and 2 weeks before departure was switched to ROKU with no live news broadcast, movies that were30-50 years old all clients over 70 years and not into streaming. Management tried to solve problem but said owner switched to ROKU.
