Our 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse is especially convenient for groups who prefer the living room, dining area and kitchen on the ground floor.
The entry level has a cozy living room with smart TV, a dining table with seating for four, and a fully equipped kitchen with quartz counters, a gas cooktop and a variety of coffee making options. Off the kitchen is a small enclosed patio with BBQ for the grill masters.
Take the stairs up to a bedroom with queen size bed and designated workspace. This level also has a full bathroom with tub and a laundry room with side by side washer and dryer.
On the third level is the primary bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and oversized stand up shower.

***The townhouse is located along a moderately busy street. Traffic noise and urban activity is to be expected during daytime hours. The neighborhood is generally quiet during nighttime hours.
***The sliding glass door next to the kitchen, that opens up to our private fenced patio, does not have window coverings. The patio is on the ground level next to the public sidewalk, but is slightly elevated above the sidewalk and street level.
***All other windows have (non blackout) window shades, blinds or curtains.
***Designated parking is not available. Parking is only allowed on the street without a permit, fee, or time restrictions. Parking near the house is typically available, but should not be expected at all times. Guests may need to park a bit further from the house than desired.
