Hi, I’m Bao! I moved to the United States in 2010 from China and settled here in Rochester. When I first arrived, I faced some challenges with my English, which made finding a job difficult. But instead of letting that stop me, I decided to dive into the rental business. With Mayo Clinic nearby, many patients need a peaceful and spacious place to stay, often looking for a yard and the ability to bring their beloved pets along. I totally understand this because I consider pets part of the family. That’s why I made sure my properties are pet-friendly, providing a welcoming home for both people and their pets.
What I love most about being a landlord is connecting with tenants. When a new guest arrives and steps into the room I’ve carefully prepared, it brings me so much joy. Each tenant is a new story, a new experience. I take care of all the cleaning and room preparation, ensuring that every guest feels right at home.
Being a semi-professional small landlord isn’t just a job for me—it’s my passion. I truly enjoy interacting with my tenants, and there’s nothing more fulfilling than providing a warm “home away from home” for them.
