Located slopeside, it is flanked by a small path that will take you right to the beginner ski area of this prestigious award-winning ski area. Whether you walk or you ski to it, getting to the trails is easy without any need for a vehicle or having to worry about parking.



With clean designs, comfortable mattresses, and modern furniture, this 2-level home is ready to welcome you with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms on the main level, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed, and a large loft with a queen bed and 2 twin beds. The main level bedrooms feature beautiful mountain views, as well, and the main bathroom has a large soaking jetted tub to soothe your muscles after a day on the slopes or the hiking trails.



The kitchen is small but functional, with modern appliances and all that you need for a home-made meal, and opens up to the open concept dining and living room area. The dining table comfortably sits 8, and in addition to a wall-mounted TV, the living room offers a beautiful stone wood-burning fireplace. Plenty of games to keep your family entertained as well! A propane grill is available on the deck off the dining/living room, and there is a newly added workstation in the loft area (desk, chair and large monitor) should you need to do some work while here.

Our House Rules are designed to promote responsible behavior and respect for others. While we want to keep rules minimal, setting clear expectations is essential, as some rules often get overlooked or ignored. The rules below are general and may not encompass every rule in the Rental Agreement.

We kindly ask that all guests adhere to all rules to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

Parking: Each property has parking limits based on capacity and/or potential rules of the Homeowner's Association. Guests must abide by these limitations to protect the rights of neighbors. Additional vehicles must be parked in specified overflow parking areas. Trailers or RVs may not be parked at any property without permission. Excess vehicles may be towed.
Respectful Noise Levels: Let's keep the peace! Keep the volume down so all can enjoy their time here. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Never leave a barking dog unattended.
Trash: Trash can be left in the unit when you depart, as your rental fee includes trash disposal. Additional pickups during your stay are available for $10/pickup. We are in Bear Country! No trash or food should be left outside at any time. Leaving doors open also invites rodents and other critters to come in.
Safe Driving: Remember this area is home to many residents and children. Please follow posted speed limits and drive carefully for the safety of our children and community.
No Smoking Inside: Please only smoke outside and properly dispose of any smoking-related trash. Do not leave cigarette butts on the ground.
Septic System Care: Our units have septic systems, so only toilet paper should be flushed. Please use the trash for tissues, cotton balls, Q-tips, and sanitary products. Also, DO NOT pour grease, oil, or fats down the sink, as they can cause serious blockages in the plumbing system.
Protect the Home: Store shoes, ski boots, and equipment in the mudroom or outside areas. Salt, sand, and mud can cause significant damage to the floors!
No Unauthorized Guests or Pets: The guest and pet count must match the number on your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed! Unreported guests or pets may result in removal from the property.
No Unauthorized Fires: State and Local Laws regulate the use of fire pits, grills, other open flames, and fireworks. Only use provided grills and fireplaces; remember that permits are required to use fire pits in NH.
