Absolutely NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS in the unit. What constitutes to a party is anything over the amount of guest you booked in your reservation.

To ensure a secure and seamless guest experience, we require all guests to provide a valid ID and sign our rental agreement before receiving check-in information, such as the door lock code or key pick-up instructions. This policy helps us maintain the safety and security of our property.

As a reminder, a fee of $25 per fob ($50 for two fobs) will be charged if the fobs are lost, not returned, or damaged.
