Diese erstaunliche 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Wohnung verfügt über einen offenen und geräumigen Wohn- und Essbereich, eine voll ausgestattete und wunderschön aktualisierte Küche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten, ein hübsches Dekor mit geschmackvollen Farben, Fliesen- und Holzböden sowie einen schönen Balkon des Wohnzimmers. Jede Wohnung verfügt über 2 Balkone, einen davon im Hauptschlafzimmer und der andere mit Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko! Diese Lage ist perfekt für einen Familienurlaub, da sich auf der Vorderseite des Grundstücks ein Park und auf der Rückseite ein Pool und der Strand befinden! Einheit Nr. 4 ist 2 Treppenstufen und an der Nordecke. Komm und spiel heute an unseren Stränden !! BITTE BEACHTEN SIE: Dies ist ein Nichtraucherhotel. Jede Wohnung verfügt über ein komfortables Strand-Dekor, eine individuelle Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, Parkplätze auf dem Gelände und für jeweils bis zu 5 Personen. Vor Ort gibt es einen beheizten, privaten Pool, direkten Zugang zum Strand, einen Spielplatz auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite für Kinder, Holzkohlegrill und einen Patio-Bereich für abendliche Kneipen. John \ 's Pass Village befindet sich etwa 8 km in Richtung Süden, wo sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Wasseraktivitäten und Unterhaltungsangebote für alle befinden. Perfect location!

Unbelievable location! The pool was great for a quick dip but if everyone in complex was using it at same time it got crowded. You are literally steps from the beach. The unit itself is functional but several things need to be tended to. It’s obvious the owners don’t stay here because the loose ceiling fans in bedrooms would be fixed (they squeaked and the chains rattled). The couch and chair in living room are uncomfortable; not easy to relax in. Otherwise, the privacy of the beach and the quaint area were well worth our stay!!

Very happy with our stay

We were satisfied with our stay. The condo was clean. Actually, it smelled like they just cleaned the place when we arrived. A very nice neighborhood and surrounded by upper scale properties. Awesome view that's right on the beach. I would recommend this property to my family and friends.

Great place to stay!

We loved everything about this place except that we had to drive out of our way to pick up the key and then out of our way to drop it off. We had to drive 14 hours home so it would have been easier if they would have a keyless entry system with a code. Other than that, the property was clean, decorated well, in a great location, right on the beach, close to restaurants, etc.

Perfect sunsets on the beach

The property was just as described. Plenty of room for 4 adults to stay. A full kitchen with access to outdoor grill. The pool and chairs were a nice option. The real reason to stay here is beach access. Walk directly out onto the beach. We spent our morning drinking coffee on the balcony watching the dolphins and our evenings watching the sunset.

Great beach place!!

This was a great place to stay with the family!! Perfect location with direct access to the beach. The beach area wasn’t over crowded like other areas. Sunset views every evening to die for! Rear balconies arent private but it made for great conversations and meeting new people. The only complaint I have is cleanliness. We had to immediately go buy our own mop supplies because our kid was black all over from the floors!!! Yuck. Also had to clean the sliding back glass to realize it wasn’t hazy/foggy outside. For what people pay for cleaning fees, I expect a little better. It should also be disclosed in the listing that the AC cannot be turned down below 72 degrees! We stayed cool but there were times that we wanted it cooler but due to the warnings provided, we never turned it lower in fear of freezing the unit.

Prime location but...

Beautiful views and location but that's where nice ends. On first arrival there was sand all throughout the condo; floors, kitchen counters, furniture and piles on the 2nd floor patio and furniture. Towels were still wet in the washing machine. The are no fans in either bathroom. The master bathroom had mold all of the bottom of the shower curtain. There were earrings found on the floor and bedside table. So I'm pretty sure this unit wasn't cleaned and you can hear everything from the other 3 units. Even more to say but I ran out of room to type it.

We noticed the cleaning was not up to par this visit - the fans & blinds were pretty dusty, dishwasher was dirty (on outside; not wiped off), a couple of light bulbs were burned out. The new kitchen and beds are fabulous - my only suggestion would be to get sheets that are deep enough to fit the new beds. Resort Realty does a great job. Rudy is very friendly - we dealt w/ staff regarding a satellite tv issue, and they were all great - it was resolved quickly. All in all, we had a great visit, just wanted to give the owner some "cleaning" feedback. We love this place, and definitely will be back!!

Which was strange also she had only 4 beds round the pool for a 4 apartment complex which led to tension between the other occupants. Her excuse was she could not find 4 others to match as they wear no longer in production.

But beginning 12/01/2014, there was somebody below us in unit #2 = a man with several changing young ladies. They all were loud, crying, drinking, making party the whole night. Some of the ladies were with their clothes and beverages in the pool, in the night! Terrible !!! We were really lucky that our holidays finished and we could leave. We thought about to spent next winter holidays 2015 over Christmas and New Years Eve.But if we may have such people in the other units = we can only say: no, thank you, no more.

The pool area was well maintained, pretty and great to relax or swim. Being steps from the beach and able to sit on the deck and look at the ocean were perfect. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. My husband loved fishing in the ocean and a across the street in the intercostal. The condo was clean and more spacious than I expected. Some updates in the kitchen and living room furniture would be nice but not necessary. We were outside so much that it wasn't and issue. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. Was a little worried about sharing the space with strangers. But everyone kept to themselves and were considerate. No problems. We did know the family next to us from home. You share a deck so this is a good place to travel with those you know.

Location, location, location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very pleasant visit. Great base for St. Pete/Tampa attractions. Having the ocean 100 yards from balcony is wonderful.
