The location is perfect as it is just minutes away from the the Charlotte motor speedway complex, PNC amphitheater, Concord Mills Mall, University City and less than 20 minutes to uptown Charlotte. Conveniently located right off I-85 and 485.

The house features more than just outdoor activities, enjoy time in two separate living areas including 4 bedrooms, 7 beds and 2.5 baths.

Houses like this one are super rare to come by. This house was carefully curated for guests to enjoy during all seasons of the year.

Outdoor area:
The backyard features an outdoor pool surrounded by a tiki hut with an outdoor refrigerator, bar, sink and food prep area. On the back of house there are two separate screened in areas providing multiple relaxing and dining options. There are two outdoor TVs to watch your favorite game. There is fire pit, outdoor panic table, lounge chairs, back lit deck, adirondack chairs and multiple sitting and dining areas. There is also an outdoor shower. The backyard is fenced in for additional privacy.

Inside is just as amazing as the outside. Don't miss any of your favorite sports as there are 5 TVs on the main floor and 4 TVs upstairs. The front area features a basketball hoop.

Main level features:

Living Rooms: There are two living rooms on the main floor. The first living rooms is off the main dining room and features a large screen smart TV with DVD player and surround sound system. The second living room features is own private area with large smart TV.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to be the make a culinary masterpiece and entertain your friends and family. There is plenty of countertop space. There is a large screen smart TV in the kitchen and even the refrigerator features a TV and is connected to the internet.

Dining Room- The dining room is off the kitchen and features an elegant glass table with seating for six and has its own smart TV. Need even more space? The dining rooms connects with an outdoor screened in dining area via a sliding glass door for even more dining options. There is also additional dining options via the kitchenette table in the kitchen area.

Downstairs bathroom: There is a half bath off conveniently located between the kitchen and entrance.

Garage- The garage features a full size ping pong table and can be used for parking for one car.

Upstairs:

Bedrooms: There are four bedrooms upstairs. Two rooms feature an extra comfy full size bed with smart TVs The main bedrooms features a queen bed, vaulted ceiling with fan, walk in closet and en suite bathroom. Two additional guest rooms feature a full bed, closet and TV. The blue room also features a work station. The bunk room features an oversized room with two sets of bunk beds (twin beds), couch, closet and a smart TV. There is a kids playroom off the bunk room.

Bathrooms: There is a full bath with a shower/tub combination in the upstairs hallway. The second full bath is off the main room that features dual vanity sink, soaking tub and shower.

Toy Room: The toy room features a private area off the bunk room with toys and games.

*Pet policy*
If you want to bring a pet, DO NOT instant book. Please contact the owner first for approval. We only allow 1 non-shedding dog. There is a $450 fine for not obeying pet rules. Pet waste must be properly disposed of.

*Parties*
This is NOT a house to be used for parties. We want you enjoy time with your own guests staying at the house. We kindly ask to keep music, voices, TV noise or gatherings outside to a peaceful noise level to respect others nearby. Quiet time is from 10pm-8am on weekends and 9pm-8am on weekdays. This is strictly enforced.

*Smoking*
This is a non-smoking house. Guests can smoke on the deck or front patio but must properly dispose of any cigarette butts. $500 dollar fine for smoking indoors. No smoking in any of the screened in enclosures.

Parking: There is room for four cars in the driveway. Please keep cars parked on the driveway

Guests are asked to park in the driveway (there is room for four vehicles). Guests will access the house via a Schlage smart lock located on the front door. Check-in instructions including the door code will be send the day before check in. There will be a welcome binder with additional information for guests when they arrive.

Guests will be able to contact their host via the app and directly by phone. Host phone information will be provided after booking.

C. No unapproved pets ($450)
D. No breaking into the owner closets. A police report will be made for theft of any items.
E. No unapproved overnight visitors.
F. No loud activity outside between 10pm to 8am.
G. No rearrangement of furniture.
H. For your own safety, follow Pool Rules if using the pool
I. Clean the grill and fire pit if you use them
J. Follow checkout instructions. After 11:30am, for every hour that you delay the cleaners, the late fee is $50 per hour.
K. We will charge for any damages, stolen items, missing items and extra services (cleaning, laundering, repairs, plumbing, etc).

LOST’n’FOUND
When checking out, you are responsible for your belongings. Please contact us if you want any items searched for and shipped to you. The handling fee is $10, in addition to the shipping cost itself. The cleaner will send you the receipt and accept payment directly.
