The open floor plan includes a ground-floor living area and one bedroom, while the private, gated property features a charming stone courtyard. Designed in a Spanish style, the home boasts sliding floor-to-ceiling windows on both the main and second levels, opening to spacious terraces perfect for lounging and soaking in the endless ocean vistas. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and TV, with the primary and secondary bedrooms showcasing spectacular ocean views. Conveniently located within walking distance of Bird Rock's shops and restaurants, and just a short drive to the Village of La Jolla and swimming beaches, this home is ideal for those who love surf, sunsets, and the soothing sounds of the sea.
