The backyard boasts a screened in patio to relax on and keep the gnats at bay during the hot months. The yard is fully fenced in for your kiddos and pups to be able to play and run around. There is also a 1 car garage to store your vehicle. 2 additional cars can fit in the driveway.

You are a quick 15 minute drive from St. Simons and Jekyll Island and about 10 minutes from downtown Brunswick. You can't beat this location!

Things to Note:

For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.

Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.

House Rules:

No loud noise after 10pm per county ordinance. Violation of ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund. No loud music. No parties.
No parking on the lawn.
Smoking inside the home will result in a $2,000 fee.
All pet droppings must be picked up or a $50 fee will be assessed.
There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including ceiling fan, and TV remotes.
Maximum of 2 pets.
