PARKING
OPTION 1
Private parking on location in directly in front of building.
If you require parking for your vehicle or SUV please let us know in advance. Private parking is available for $40 per day per vehicle/regular size car or standard SUV. Large SUVs will be $60 per day per vehicle
OPTION 2
Street Parking passes fee $10 a day, NOTE street parking is difficult to find in this area.

The Neighborhood
The Big Apple is right in our backyard! Traveling to Manhattan is only a 15-20min drive or the NJ Transit Bus stop (123 Bus to 42st Manhattan) is 1/2 block away from the apparent. Please ask about our guest recourse documents! There is a ton of info about museums, shopping locations, and site seeing locations! Please don't hesitate to ask for help or any question with travel needs!
There is a community Olympic size swimming pool right next door called Fireman's Memorial Park, including a kids swimming area! Please ask ahead of time if you are planning on going.
There is a 24/7 bakery 1 & 1/2 blocks away between 6th and 7th Street on Palisade Ave. They have delicious pastries, fresh hot bread, croissants, bagels. And some of the basics, milk, butter, soda, juices, eggs.
There's a 24/7 Diner called the Coach House Dinner located on eighth Street and JFK (John F Kennedy) Boulevard.
We also recommend Rumbas restaurant in Jersey City. It's located next to the 2nd St Washington Park on Central Ave and North St. They serve authentic Cuban cuisine and the average meal $4 to $9! They also offer fresh squeezed juice!
In Washington Park, located on 2nd St and Palisade Av there is a football field, Soccer field, basketball courts and 12 tennis courts free for public use! Please let us know in advice we can supply our guest with tennis rackets upon request.
Getting Around
We normally send each of our guests a PDF with an amazing custom build Google Map of resources and attraction in our area. Included with most common travel question and requests. Please let us now if you did not receive the document as we would be happy to send it to! If you have any feedback or suggestions please let us know! Your input is greatly appreciated!

The apartment is close to a public bus 1 block & a half away ( Route 123) it takes you to NYC Manhattan on 42nd St ( Port Authority) . The bus fare is $3.25 exactly for each person. This brings you to Port Authority, which is the center of all subway trains. Option 2 is requesting a Uber ( 5 minutes away) to the PATH Hoboken the train that heads to NY & it stops on 33rd St Manhattan NY. Another fantastic 24/7 transport option is to use the private charter buses / mini buses available 24 hours a day and they depart/ run anywhere on New York Ave and stop at the 30th St Post Office, from there you can grab any bus saying New York City on it. This will bring you into the city without worrying about other bus schedules. The buses run every few minutes!!! Hello here are some Friendly tips !!! House rules update if there are any extra guests or visitors property that are unannounced or NOT on the guest list /Vacation rental booking center Prior to arrival or during the booking, there will be a minimum charge of $260 per person per night above the original booking cost.
All communication must be made through the airbnb message center. I don't always answer my cell phone when at work. Normal response time is given during business hours from 9am to 5 PM We have a full staff that monitor the message center, to help guests!
Please note any repairs or maintenance or broken items including furniture in the apartment need to be reported immediately upon entry of the apartment or during the guests stay if not, guests will be responsible for replacement of any items all repairs necessary that we’re not reported. Before entering our property !!! Please be sure to bring your Government identification with you at the time of check-in.
If the ID does not match the name including credit card information/Verification from authorized user on the rental company profile the property manager or owner will be unable to give you or any guests/ visitors entry to apartment including access to the private property.
Prior to access to property;
If any recent changes were made to Tenant/Guest information in regards to Account information, profile/photos, identification, name, current or original residence including any changes to credit card Information Must have current verification codes and status update from Rental company.
Please note any account discrepancies must be resolved prior to check in/ entry to property.
Prior to entry to property; Any visitors of guests or tenants name must be put in the message center including government identification. Please note any visitors of guests found parking in our private lot will be immediately towed Police Department and or charged a minimum of $60 per parking space Per night. Any additional charges or improperly parking in our private parking lot Will be charged to tenant/guest, any damage done to guests/visitor/tenants cars will not be our responsibility or the properties responsibility.
