Excelente opción en precio y ubicación

El departamento en general está súper bien. Disfrutamos de un departamento privado completo para las 4 personas que viajamos (2 recámaras, 1 baño, sala y cocina) lo cual fue muy cómodo, la zona muy buena y segura (UES) y sólo a un par de cuadras del metro, El único detalle a considerar es que está en un 3er nivel y no cuenta con elevador, lo que es una desventaja cuando viajas con maletas.

Home away from home!

Absolutely loved the location and access to travel to and from all the areas we wanted to visit. We were able to come home at the end of the day to a quiet and very tranquil apartment.We highly recommend it. Our host was amazing!

NEVER TRUST THIS HOST

Run by a local management company, the host for this apt. didn't even bother to check her if her place was ready until the morning of arrival of guests. There was supposedly a burst pipe and they couldn't fix it in time so they canceled my reservation on the morning of arrival! My guests had to wait around at the airport while I fought with VRBO to find accommodations for them since it was their host who canceled. Anybody looking for lodging in NYC during Christmas time knows how expensive it is and how low availability is. VRBO said they'd reimburse me for other lodging under a certain amount/night. Suffice it to say, I am still fighting to get refunded for the full hotel charges, for the hotel that I found (not them) and informed them about. It's an on-going nightmare.This host is totally unreliable and I will never ever book with them again.

**Check out is promptly at 10am. Our cleaner arrives shortly thereafter, so please do not be late. (Late check out without approval is $100/hour)

Once you booked, you agree to report any issues within 24 hours of arrival so that it can be addressed and fix right away. Issues that are reported after 24 hours will not be subjected for a refund or any form of compensation.

Guest agrees to communicate with host/co-host via phone within 24 hours of making a reservation so that host can ensure that the apt is to your satisfaction and answer any questions upfront.
