This four bedroom, two bathroom house has a gorgeous partially covered upstairs deck, furnished with all you need to relax and enjoy the sea breeze and sound of the waves. The property is centrally located near local restaurants and entertainment, and is just a short ride or walk to the beach!

The open living and dining area is a great place to relax after a day at the beach. Enjoy a movie or family game night! The kitchen also has everything you need to cook and serve meals; including small appliances like a blender, toaster, Keurig and regular drip coffee makers, and a crockpot. You'll find all the conveniences of home, including an on-site washer and dryer. There is even a high chair and pack and play for the small ones!

With over 1500 square feet, Tiki Beach House easily accommodates 11. The master bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bath, while bedroom two has one queen bed. Bedroom three, the bunk room, features two twin bunk beds, and one twin over full bunk. Upstairs you will find a private loft with full size bed. All bedrooms have televisions, and the home offers Starlink internet for your streaming convenience.

You'll say "Wow" when you see the downstairs entertaining area. There is a built-in propane barbecue grill downstairs, as well as a swing and picnic table. The garage area features a large TV on a swivel mount, ping pong table, washers, corn hole, and plenty more seating. Tiki Beach House is a great place to make beach memories with friends and family! There is also a fully fenced yard for your convenience as well.
