Welcome to this updated ski-chalet - the perfect space to partake in all of Mammoth's outdoor activities! Conveniently located on the Ski-Back Trail, you can ski/bike right to your back door (conditions permitting). Short walk/drive to Canyon Lodge and the free town shuttle.
This unit offers parking for 2 cars (1 garage, 1 outdoor), Wi-Fi, and access to great HOA amenities including: 2 jacuzzis, pool & tennis courts (both seasonal).

About the Space:
This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath with bonus space is the perfect place for friends and family to gather for the ultimate Mammoth vacation. This 1261 sq. ft. condo comfortably sleeps 6 people. Perched at the top of Mammoth Ski and Racquet Club, the property sits on the ski-back trail, making for convenient ski/bike in access to your back door after a long day of adventures!
The property has been upgraded while keeping a modern ski cabin feel. It offers a spacious feel with vaulted ceilings, open floorplan, and warm hardwood flooring throughout. The living room has comfortable couches, TV and a massive gas burning fireplace with water feature. Off the living room is a powder room with sink and toilet. The upgraded kitchen has solid granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. It is fully stocked and ready to prepare a delicious meal. There is a dining room table with seating for 6 and bar seating for 4. Off the dining room is a private covered porch, that backs up to forest service land providing a serene forest view.
The master bedroom is on the main level and offers a king-sized bed, closet, dedicated workspace, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower. The second room is located upstairs in the loft. It offers a closet and partial separation to the bunk area in the loft. The bunk area has two sets of single over single bunk beds (4 beds total). The loft has a second full bathroom with double vanity and a tub/shower.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, 3 in 1 shampoo/body wash, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges and trash bags.

There is no elevator in this complex, and MANY steps to the front door (3 full flights).
There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. There is one assigned garage space permitted, and one outdoor parking space permitted in the common parking area. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle.
The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Mammoth Ski and Racquet Club. There is in-building coin-op laundry, ski-locker access, 2 indoor jacuzzis, 1 pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal), tennis courts (seasonal, bring your own racquets!), horseshoes, and game room.

**Important: this property is ski-in, not ski-out. Access to the ski-back trail is seasonal and depends on the amount of snow Mammoth has received during the ski season. Please check Mammoth Mountain's website for Canyon Lodge operation dates.
