Fully stocked with all of the small appliances you need including a Keurig coffee maker, it is a perfect space to enjoy coffee at the island bar, or make a full meal and entertain others at the dining room table. The Master bedroom features a king size bed with an ocean view. This room has floor- to ceiling windows and its own private access to the balcony! This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that guarantees completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 17- August 2. We offer 5-night rentals March - April, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February rentals require stays of 28 nights. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. You must be 25 to rent this property.
