Media Luna befindet sich am Golf von Mexiko, dieses fabelhafte Haus verfügt über 55 Meter Schiebe-Glastüren auf den Golf, bietet herrliche Sonnenuntergänge, kristallklares Wasser zum Schnorcheln und beleuchtete Bäume. Das Haus bietet Aussicht auf den Horizont von jedem Zimmer und ist auf der Sonnenseite der Insel. Ein privates Bootsbecken und eine Anlegestelle, die von einer geschmückten Ufermauer umgeben sind, erstrecken sich in den Golf und bieten eine Kulisse für Morgenkaffee oder Cocktails am Abend. Dieses halbmondförmige Haus mit Zypressenbalkendecken, 3-Zonen-A / C, 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 kompletten Bädern, einem großen Wohnzimmer mit mehreren Sitzbereichen, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, Bettwäsche und Wäschemöglichkeiten wurde für legeres Wohnen entworfen und eingeschlossen 925 s. f. abgeschirmten Florida Zimmer.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer an einem Ende des Hauses verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Die anderen zwei Schlafzimmer haben jeweils eine Königin und ein Doppelbett. Es gibt vier Fernseher, DVD. Comcast Internet, Telefon und TV. Dienstprogramme und Leinen sind enthalten. Gut eingerichtete Küche mit Gläsern für abendlichen Wein / Cocktails.

Für die normale Reinigung fallen keine zusätzlichen Kosten an.
Comcast TV & Wireless Highspeed-Internet-Service, und unbegrenzte Anrufe in den USA, Kanada, Mexiko und Puerto Rico. Fabulous ruhige Nachbarschaft, eine Straße rein und raus, bietet einen ausgezeichneten Ort für die Nutzung unserer Fahrräder, Joggen oder Wandern.

Wasser ist 20 Schritte von unserer Hintertür. Holzkohlegrill an Deck. Kreisauffahrt mit überdachtem Parkplatz. Um das Ufer zu erreichen, ist ein 28'-Boot die maximale Bootslänge. Bootsanhänger kann abseits der Einfahrt geparkt werden.

Fabulous location on the Gulf

Two couples spent here fishing and relaxing. The house is exactly as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. Bath towels were new and there were plenty of extra towels and blankets available. Seating in the den was comfortable. We enjoyed the screened in porch and saw nice sunsets. We had a 22 ft boat that was easy to maneuver in and out of the cove. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this house.

Absolutely the best sunset views on the island. Very well supplied with everything we needed. Lanai was very large and comfortable.

Great sunset views over the gulf

Property was cozy. George and Mary added nice touches to make for a homey stay. Kitchen has anything you could possibly need. Was intrigued by all the sea life in their pooled in area. Crabs, jellyfish, zebra fish, and many more. The Dolphins swam within 50 feet of their seawall. Very relaxing stay

Great waterfront place for a larger party

Although it was just my wife and I, we really enjoyed the large space, waterfront location, and the many additional items to make a Keys stay enjoyable. The boat basin and dock, many outdoor chairs, screened in porch, and well appointed inside. We stayed here about 30 years ago, and when I saw it available, we had to stay there again.

We really enjoyed the gulf front property in marathon. Easy to make a day trip to key west or key largo. Outdoor area was great for sunsets.

Couldn't have asked for more

Personally, this was the first rental where the owner didn't provide the cheapest type of toilet paper to their renters. Not only was the house ideal but so we're the little things (like TP). My wife and her friend saw a lot of sea life and they're marine enthusiasts. And that back porch...not sure if we spent more time inside or there. And that bench on the far side was a genius move. Looking forward to staying here again.

We loved the location, sadly the weather was quite mixed! We actually had some heating on! The house is great albeit a little tired and could do with smarting up a bit, given the cost of the accommodation. We were unable to swim due to the sea grass everywhere. Sadly the bikes didn’t work either which was a shame(poorly maintained and rusted) The location is stunning and the sunsets were amazing.

Good location & spacious but needs updating

Property has good bones but needs updating. Shouldn’t advertise bicycles and beach chairs if not in working order. Some confusion figuring out where all lights turn on but we managed. Lagoon was difficult to maneuver in and out of-we had a 22’ boat. Heather was easy to work with in booking and communication up to our arrival.

Great for a family vacation

This was our third year vacationing here, and as usual, we had a relaxing and great time. There was so much marine life there. The fishing is great. Two years in a row, we have seen huge manatees passing by. The place always feels bigger than you would first expect. The screened porch takes up the length of the house and has a great view of the ocean, which is so relaxing. The only issue I had this year, was not the owners fault, but rather those that stayed there before us. The guests who stayed before us, did not follow the cleaning instructions the owners instructed in the check-out instructions. Over all though, we still had a great time!

Great Location

The location on the water is great. Sunsets are directly behind the house and could not be better. Lagoon blocks boat wake or waves on a windy day but is very tricky to enter, especially on a windy day. I would not try with a boat larger than 25 ft. We had a person on each side and front and back to keep from hitting the walls during entry and exit. The next door neighbor is going to watch you like a hawk when you come and go EVERY TIME. The house is clean but there were some dirty dishes in the cabinets including pans not washed so we spent the first half day cleaning. Outside of house could use some cleanup of old ladders, grills, fishing equipment and a little litter. However, would recommend depending on your needs.

A breathtaking view from every bedroom and the living space along with a large screened in porch with plenty of seating really take advantage of the open water views. A covered carport keeps the car cool on a hot day as does all 3 of the NEW air conditioners. The only private seawall in Marathon offers perfect protection for boats and a great place to rest and relax as well as outstanding snorkeling a few steps from the home. Picture worthy sunsets are always worth celebrating!
