This property is in a great location, very spacious and has an amazing view… but there are some issues. The bathrooms feature sharp crystal knobs with warning signs above them, and a tall bathtub/shower in the master bathroom that can be precarious to enter & exit, especially for the elderly or impaired. Kitchen and bathroom supplies provided were very limited. You can ask the property management for more supplies, but it may take them a day to restock… if they respond at all. And of course, there’s the cockroaches. We took every precaution possible, including storing our non-refrigerated foods in a Tupperware bin, but both ants and cockroaches were found around the house on multiple occasions. Perhaps if we were provided cleaning supplies to wipe the counters or more than one kitchen trash bag, we could have deterred them more efficiently, but there is most likely a cockroach nest somewhere on the premises. To be fair, these issues did not ruin our vacation. I would classify them more as inconveniences as opposed to deal breakers. However, until these matters are addressed, I would not be interested in a return visit to this particular location.

Perfect property and location

Loved this home! Beautiful views. Lots of space inside and out! Great for family. 3 master suites gave each couple a lot of privacy. A really great space. Location was great and very accessible to main thoroughfare to all areas.

Enjoyed our week

We were three couples visiting Maui for a week. We loved the house with 3bed + 3bath all on one floor. Big kitchen with utensils, pots and pans, dishes, etc. The microwave blew a breaker (maybe should be on dedicated circuit?) but we found the switch and reset. Three different dining areas, which was great. Lovely sunset views from the lanai and the house. Quiet neighborhood overlooking the golf course (a little noisy some mornings due to mowers on the course). Loved having a washer/dryer on site. We kind of wished they had stocked more TP and paper towels, but not a big deal. The beds were SO comfortable, just out-of-this-world! The whole house was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. The only downside was the unreliable WiFi. For the last four days of our stay, it was not working 90% of the time. We had to go sit in hotel lobbies to make reservations or download boarding passes. Most likely not the fault of the homeowner or management, but guests might want to be aware of this. All in all, though, a very comfortable and lovely house.

Great rental for my birthday week

This is a great unit with lots of space and three bedrooms each with king beds and their own bathroom. It is great for adult family celebrations/vacations with easy access to the main drag of Maui (Lahaina/Kaanapali'). Fun to watch folks tee off on the golf course right below the porch. Great views of the ocean to watch whales while having breakfast or dinner on the large wrap around porch. WE also walked across the street to the beach at the Westin for a morning stroll on the beach. The grill wasn't strong enough to fight the big winds the first night (couldn't heat up) so we had to cook the flank steak on the stove, but we managed. Parking two rental Jeeps in the garage was tight but manageable.

Family Vacation

Overall we did love the property. It is spacious and worked wonderfully for 3 couples. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen worked will for that. It is also easy to walk to the beach from this location. We did struggle with having hot water for the first several days. It was eventually resolved.

Great Place

I rented this house for my mom’s 70th birthday based on the pictures only, let me say they don’t do it justice, this place was beautiful. Every morning and evening was spent looking at the view. We had plenty of space, our host Myra was great and very responsive! Dave that was on-site was more than helpful and very nice. The golf course view was great, for any golfer I’d recommend this place, the course it’s on is great! I would come again for sure!

Does not disappoint

We had a beautiful stay at this house. The views from the balcony are breathtaking and this house overall did not disappoint. There were six of us, three couples and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house is a short walk to the beach, about 10 mins from the beach but it was a very nice walk. David (who lives on the property) is super sweet and gave us a bag of mangos. We barely saw him during our time there. There are rules about quiet hours but to be honest it wasn’t even an issue. Wonderful experience glad we found this beautiful home.

Best Vacation Ever!

My husband and I, our two daughters and two sons-in-law stayed at this lovely, very large home with spectacular ocean and golf course views. The location was perfect--a ten-minute walk to the beach (or easy parking if you want to drive), just a few minutes to many restaurants and hotels in Ka'ananapoli and 15 minutes or less to even more in downtown Lahaina where there were many great restaurants, shops and art galleries. Don't miss the magic show in Lahaina--just google it. It was the highlight of our trip. Back to the home. We were there for a big birthday of my husband's so we got the master bedroom, also with spectacular ocean views. The home was very well supplied and offered lots of privacy for all of us. We barely used the spacious living and dining rooms as we spent most of our time there on the lanai, taking in the view. Though we used it very little, the air contitioning worked great. We turned it off when we left the house but when returning, it took just a few minutes to cool the home. There were plenty of beach chairs for us to use. Arrival and departure instructions are minimal and easy, and the property manager was easily accessible. The price was great too, as it was substantially less than comparable homes. Our only regret was not booking the home for a few more days! Oh well, we'll just have to come back!

The lanai makes this property VERY special

We stayed 3 weeks and had different couples each week sharing the house with us. The view from the lanai is a WOW!! The rest of the house is very nice with lots of room. But we spent so much time on the lanai, we didn't take advantage of much other than the kitchen. Incredible sunsets and we saw lots of whales. The table on the lanai was a perfect size and we ate every meal that we cooked there. Having a king bed in each bedroom with an attached bath was a perfect situation for us. The management company was very responsive when we asked for extra items. We highly recommend this property

Breath taking

We loved this house, the house manager and even the permanent resident on the bottom floor. It was like he wasn’t even there, except when we’d find some mangos from the tree in front of the garage. 😁 The house is extremely spacious. Every room is huge. The family room (which we always look for a large one to fit our group) was big enough for everyone and for us to get in some VR games. The views we awesome, especially waking up to them. The lanai with the table — great for eating a dinner with a view and catching up with the family. This house is perfect for couples! I would definitely leave the young children home since there is so much nice decor that could easily get broken. Myra met us at the house and gave us a tour, explained how things worked and was easy to contact if we had questions. Stunning. Stunning and stunning.

Ka'anapali Golf Course Home

The pictures do not do justice to this property. It was fantastic! We enjoyed the views/sunsets from the deck. The house was stunning! We cooked several meals at the house and had everything we needed. There was a nice beach across the road with free parking, excellent snorkeling. Would absolutely stay here again.

Magical

This property is simply magical. The listing didn't do it justice, and when we walked in we were surprised at how much nicer it was than we had been expecting. The lanai is absolutely huge and had the best view. When we were not doing an activity with the kids we were parked on the lanai, watching the water and sunsets. We loved the private setting with a fully fencing in yard. It was perfect for our kids that can't sit still and they were able to explore the grounds and be totally safe. There is a downstairs unit occupied be a permanent tenant who is the nicest man. He picked us fresh ripe mangos most morning and left them outside for us. He also showed us the perfect way to cut the mangos and I will never cut them any other way again. The owners of the property were also really great. They had the bad luck of the washing machine breaking down just before we checked in and they offered to pick up our laundry and do it for us until the machine could get fixed. Such a nice gesture that meant so much to us traveling with little kids. Just an amazing place to stay and we loved every minute.

This is a beautiful home and the grounds and views are breathtaking!

This was a family vacation with my husband and two adult daughters and one of their partners. The house and grounds offered everything we needed for privacy and comfort. The three bedrooms and bathrooms work perfect for a group of up to 6. The grounds are fantastic and the views of the ocean were wonderful. We hope to be able to return.

Fabulous home especially the lanai.

The property was clean and comfortable for my family of 6. It was well furnished and in good working order. The lanai was a highlight for us as you can see the ocean. The closest beach, Airport Beach, was directly across the main road and was family friendly, clean w/ facilities and not overly populated. The home provided beach chairs and other beach items which is a great plus. Unfortunately, we had 2 full days of rain, but having a nice home to hang-out in made it more tolerable. We love to hike, but due to poor planning on my part, most of the trails we wanted to do were on the Hana side of the island which could be a 1.5-2 hour drive each way. There are trails near this home, just not ones we had our heart set on. Otherwise would love staying here again!

Our family of 5 adults rented this for an 8 night stay. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted and given an informative tour of this clean, beautiful, spacious home by Mrya, the property manager. Loved having three comfortable King bedrooms, each with it's own bath. We spent a lot of time on the Lanai, enjoying morning coffee & tea, dinners, playing games, and just soaking in the spectacular view. Location is near Kahekili Beach Park- just a 10 minute walk. We used the provided beach chairs, boogie boards, fins, beach towels. There is also an umbrella and large ice chest available. The kitchen was well stocked. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. I would recommend this property to others!

Ideal for Us!

We rented this lovely home for our 13-day stay in Ka’anapali. We were warmly greeted by “Mac” and given an orientation to the home and nearby attractions. It was an ideal set-up for our family. It is comfortable and spacious allowing for family time, as well as plenty of space for quiet or alone time. The wrap-around lanai is awesome with a large dining table and fabulous sunset views. The location was perfect for us - easy access to the Kahekill Beach Park with good public facilities and snorkeling. We prepared most of our own meals and found the kitchen to be well-equipped. We always travel with our own kitchen knives, but really didn’t need to with this home. We were pleasantly surprised by the selection of kid’s books and puzzles – and a handy puzzle table! The landscaping is lush and carefully maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
