On the lower level you will find two bedrooms and a full bathroom (view layout & bed sizes below). The main level has a great open concept with stylish seating surrounding a functional remote fireplace and large smart TV, a dining area with a farmhouse table, a coffee & waffle bar, and a modern kitchen with all of your cooking needs. On the front & back end of the main level are sliding doors giving you access to the 3 seasons porch and front deck. The 3 season porch is fully screened in featuring ample seating, a bar cart and great views of wooded area, a prime location for wildlife viewing. The front deck has sectional seating, an oversized patio umbrella with LED lighting, and a propane grill. The upper level of the home boasts an open area game room with a full sized multi game table (billiards,air hockey, ping-pong), kids teepee play area, two arcade games (Pac-Man & Hunting) and two wall games (Tic-tac-toe & Hook). Additionally on the upper level is the master bedroom and another full bathroom. In the privacy of the backyard is a brand new hot tub available year round for your enjoyment!

☀The Community and its Amenities:
→Private gated community with 24-hour security.
→The community has two lakes, multiple swimming pools, 6 basketball courts, 6 tennis courts, 6 playgrounds, mini golf, paddle boat rentals and more. Our lake can be used for paddle boarding, kayaking, catch and release fishing and ice skating.

→The Pools are open daily from mid-June to Labor Day. The house is located within a 5-minute drive to the new K Pool built in 2022. Splash pad for the little ones and a large pool for the family to enjoy. There is also a bathhouse, tennis and basket courts and a playground.

→Amenity badges are required to use any public amenities. Badges can be purchased at the Main Administration Building during your stay for $12/person per day.

→We make no guarantees that community amenities will be available during your stay. The availability of the amenities and the days and hours of operation are at the discretion of the association. Hours and days of operation are typically provided at the beginning of each week. Refunds will not be provided if community amenities are not available as we have no control over closures for any circumstances such as, but not limited to, weather, staffing, etc.

☀Community Requirement:
Per HOA and town code the following is required for all reservations:

→All guests (adults and children) and vehicles are required to be registered on the community registration form. All persons driving a vehicle will need to provide a valid and printed copy of their vehicle registration and Driver's license in order to access the community.

→We will send you an email to complete electronically a rental agreement, provide a copy of an ID, and fill out the community registration form.
Only the persons listed on the lease agreement and community forms are allowed to be at the property. You may be fined if anyone misrepresents the number of people and ages of those at the property.

→The community registration fee of $50 has been included in the price.
*There is a $75 late fee for forms not completed within 4 days prior to arrival.

→Community quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
