Great location for all things downtown. Plenty of secure parking. Quick and helpful replies from host. Elevators and hall smell like marijuana, but host may not be able to do anything about that. Very generous about us bringing our dog. Building has small, fenced in dog area and green spaces around building, good for dog walking. Bedding very clean, but no blankets for sofa bed-just sheets. One lap blanket on a chair in living room is ripped and shredded, so feels dirty. Enough kitchen items for our stay, but some utensils and silverware were dirty. Tasteful decor, but one wall has peeling and hanging off wallpaper, so looks cheap and unkept. Floors dirty, especially under sofa with old food and trash (saw it when we pulled out sofa bed) and under the bed. Rugs dirty, even in bathroom, so makes it all feel unclean. Window blinds broken and missing pieces, so can't fully close windows for privacy. Bathtub needs a good scrub. Towels were clean, but had bleach spots on them, so don't feel clean. No wash cloths. No kitchen towel or paper towels. Usually expect at least one coffee pack for overnight stay, but none.
