Built in 2021, the Modern Mountain Retreat is located in The Ridge, a prestigious enclave in the heart of the Canyons Village Park City, that offers guests the best of what Utah has to offer. Less than 1/8 mile from the closest ski lift, this futuristic ski chalet will blow you away!

As you wake up in the morning gazing at the beauty outside your window from your cozy bed, your biggest problem here is deciding whether to leave this opulent oasis or not. On one side you have bustling restaurants, shops, and entertainment. On the other, the Wasatch mountains where boundless possibilities and adventures await!

A lesser known but amazing feature of Park City is its FREE transportation. With High Valley Transit, you can order a van with bike or ski racks and use the bus transportation completely free if you download the app! It serves most of the popular tourist attractions, shops and restaurants in Park City and is a safe and reliable way to get around. And with Canyons Village Connect you can travel anywhere within the Canyons Village area, also completely free with app download!

Jump on the Red Pine Gondola, Utah’s only lift-serviced mountain bike track, that gives you access to over 20 miles of supreme backcountry biking and hiking!

After a day of relaxation, adventure or just soaking up the beauty of Utah you can slide into any one of the magnificent eating establishments in the Canyons Village or cook up your own meal for family or friends back at the Modern Mountain Retreat that serves up a lot more than just a spectacular chef’s kitchen.

As its name suggests this home is fully loaded with modern amenities that make kicking back a breeze. Never leave the couch or bed with remote controlled blinds, fireplaces, lights, home theaters and music on all three levels of the home where you will discover more marvelous features around every turn with incredible photography donning the walls.

The whole bottom level is a fun zone featuring a home theatre, giant wet-bar, ping-pong table and wait ‘till you see the bunkroom! With 3 XL Twin bunkbeds and 1 XL Full bed with En-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, enough sinks and vanity space for the whole crew this room is perfect for both kids and adults.

On the main level you will find the living area, chef’s kitchen, dining area with mountain views and a bedroom with En-suite bathroom and desk space in case duty calls.

From the main living area, sliding doors lead you outside to a cozy deck with comfy seating surrounding a delightful firepit where you can fire up the grill while gazing out at the mountains and sipping on a sundowner.

When it’s time to call it a night saunter upstairs to the master king bedroom with stunning mountain views, a large fireplace, and a comfy recliner for reading or snoozing. The stunning views continue in the bathroom with its large window, double sinks, soaking tub, walk-in shower and plenty of closet space.

The top floor is rounded out by 2 more spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a relaxing and lofty reading area flooded with natural light and overlooking the main living room and staring out at the mountains.

The home also features a 2-car garage with space for 2 small/mid-size vehicles and extra ski and snowboard gear or mountain bikes in the summer. And if you are staying a while, a massive washer and dryer can take care of all your laundry needs.
