Located in the vibrant Wilton Manors area, this villa provides a peaceful yet central location, just minutes from local dining, shopping, and beaches.
The Space:
Inside, The Sanctuary’s open layout seamlessly connects spacious living areas with modern decor and plenty of natural light. With 5 bedrooms, including a versatile sleeping room, this home comfortably accommodates families and groups. The villa’s gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, and a large covered patio with a summer kitchen makes outdoor dining a pleasure. For fitness enthusiasts, the private gym includes top-tier equipment, and the outdoor space features workout stations, a putting green, a billiards table, and a spa. Guests can also enjoy paddleboarding or kayaking on the peaceful canal. Eco-conscious travelers will appreciate that the home runs on solar energy, with no electric costs.

The neighborhood has a unique mix of local shops, trendy cafes, and fine dining, as well as beautiful beaches nearby. Known for its lively and inclusive community, Wilton Manors is a fantastic base to experience both relaxation and entertainment.
Getting Around:
The villa offers convenient off-street parking for up to 5 cars. We recommend having a car to make the most of your stay, though rideshares like Uber and Lyft are also readily available. With beaches, shopping, and major attractions just a short drive away, getting around from The Sanctuary is easy and efficient.
Other Things to Note:
*This is a NON SMOKING property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 fee will be charged if smoking is detected.. We have smoke detectors in place that alert us to cigarette and marijuana smoke indoors. You will be fined and asked to leave with no refund of remaining nights.
*Minimum age to book is 25 years old. A rental agreement from Viac Management will be sent for signature following the confirmation of each reservation. Signing this document is mandatory.
*Please note that we provide complimentary toiletries for your arrival, but do not restock items during your stay.
*The home is equipped with a Ring Doorbell located at the front door for easy access and security purposes, and non recording noise sensors located in the dining room and outside patio that monitor decibel levels (they do not record video or conversations).
*Please note that this is a quiet neighborhood. Strict noise policy enforced on the property, by us, the community and by City Code Enforcement. Please be respectful of your neighbors and the City Rules, as well as house rules, at all times
*We ensure that our toilets are in perfect working condition prior to guest stay. Guests are responsible for any clogging and plumbing issues caused by flushing toilet paper, paper towels, sanitary products, and other materials. If the plumber finds evidence of such items, repair costs will be charged to the guests.
Prior approval is required for bringing pets, and documentation for support animals must adhere to our policies. We allow a maximum of two dogs, each weighing under 25 lbs, with a non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet. Please notify us when booking to assess the pet fee accordingly. Unauthorized animals are not permitted, and support animals must present documentation upon arrival to ensure compliance.
