Tranquil 4-bedroom family-friendly home in the heart of Colorado Springs
Welcome! Your family will love this beautifully decorated home with every amenity you might need! It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of CO Springs, but only minutes from the Olympic Training Center, downtown, etc! The large backyard has a cozy patio w/ a fire pit & grill, and plenty of room for children to run and play.
The upstairs includes 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a living room and full kitchen; the downstairs/basement level includes a bedroom/living area, laundry room with kitchenette/dining area and a full bathroom. You will have three entrances, one through the front door off the street, a second is the back door through the backyard/ side alley and lastly, a garage entrance into the basement.
Through the main entrance you will enter into the living room and kitchen. The living room has a smart t.v., games, reading material and toys/books for children. The kitchen has a brand new electric stovetop/oven and refrigerator, as well as a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender and crock pot. It is also fully stocked with anything you might need for cooking, baking or entertaining.
Down the hall from the living room you will find three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Each bedroom has a dresser and closet space. The bathroom is fully renovated; it has a bathtub and shower, and is fully stocked with essentials.
The lower level/basement includes the fourth bedroom/living area with a queen bed, couch, desk/work area, and smart TV. This area is fully renovated with new drywall, carpet and an egress window. There is also a wood-burning fireplace, but it is not functioning at this time. In this main living area there is access/exit through the garage.
The basement also has a laundry/kitchen area. This room includes a washer/dryer, large kitchen sink, fridge, microwave, air fryer, and cooktop. There is also a complementary coffee bar and dining area. Attached to the laundry room/kitchen is a full bathroom and an area to hang clothing. The bathroom was recently renovated with a new shower and flooring.
Out the backdoor through the kitchen is a large fenced in backyard and patio. The patio has plenty of seating, a coal fired grill and a gas fire pit. There is also a hammock and plenty of children's vehicles/toys.
The garage is a tandem style; the back area is primarily used for storage, but you are welcome to park in the front area of the garage if you feel your vehicle will fit (it typically does not fit large SUV's or trucks). There is also an open area with some workout equipment (free weights, exercise ball, etc.).
