Casa de Flores - Galerie Casitas 2 Bett, 2 Bad auf Ledoux St

Charmantes altes Adobe Home 2 Bett, 2 Bad Casita

Dieses wundervolle 300 Jahre alte Adobe-Haus wurde kürzlich renoviert und ist durch einen privaten Innenhof verbunden. Die an die Casa de Flores angrenzende Gallery Casita befindet sich in der malerischen Ledoux Street, nur wenige Minuten vom Taos Plaza und den Bent Street Shops entfernt. Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten auf der Straße zählen Restaurants, Kunstgalerien, das Harwood- und das Blumenschein-Museum.

Ursprünglich war die Scheune, die vordere Casita der Galerie Casitas, mit schönen Holzvigas und einem gemütlichen Gaskamin ausgestattet. Das 250 sf vorderen Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett, einen Gaskamin, Kabel-TV und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche.

Auf der anderen Seite des Innenhofs befinden sich im hinteren Teil der Casita wunderschöne Gewölbedecken, originale Holzbalken und Farbspritzer auf dem Boden, die jahrelang als Künstleratelier von Bill Rane genutzt wurden. Es misst 900 sf und verfügt über eine schöne neue Küche mit Geräten aus Edelstahl, eine neue Baddusche mit bunten Talavera-Fliesen, ein Queensize-Schlafsofa und einen wunderschönen hellen Wohnbereich mit Kabel-TV und einem Kingsize-Bett. Die hintere Casita ist ein offener Bereich mit angrenzenden Wohn- / Ess- / Schlafbereichen. Die hintere Casita hat einen eigenen Eingang von der Straße über einen überdachten Durchgang.

Es gibt einen wunderschönen privaten Innenhof zum Entspannen und Genießen der kühlen Taos-Abende.

Die vordere und hintere Casitas können separat für kleinere Gruppen oder zusammen mit Casa de Flores # 61210 für größere Gruppen gemietet werden. Bitte beachten Sie, dass sich die beiden Schlafzimmer in separaten Gebäuden befinden. Dadurch eignet sich das Casitas perfekt für zwei Paare oder Familien mit älteren Kindern.
Haustiere sind nach Absprache willkommen. Bitte lesen Sie unsere Hausordnung.

Der Eingang zur Ledoux Street ist sehr klein und schmal und bietet keinen Platz für Wohnmobile oder Wohnmobile. An Wochentagen ist das Parken manchmal eingeschränkt und möglicherweise nicht direkt vor dem Haus verfügbar, aber nachts und am Wochenende ist es immer reichlich.

Dies ist eine 100% ige Nichtraucherunterkunft - sowohl innerhalb des Hauses als auch auf den Terrassen und im Innenhof oder in der Auffahrt.

Beautiful property, walking distance to all downtown sites, and very well managed casitas. This was our second time to stay at Casa de Flores because it has everything a visitor to Taos could want. You absolutely will not be disappointed renting here.

This Is an outstanding property!

The furnishings and amenities are top of the line. The location is one of the best in Taos. The plaza, very good restaurants, nice galleries and a grocery store are all within an easy walk. The place is well cared for and very clean and the staff is readily available yet never intrusive. You will be very happy if you rent this property.

Great time!

This is my families second time to stay at one of the 3 units in this compound. I would highly recommend them. They are very well appointed with all the needs items and more. Feels like you are at home. The management is very helpful and only a call away. Look forward to our next visit.

Charming and Convenient

My husband, daughter and I all enjoyed our time at Casa de Flores. As others have commented, the location is terrific with restaurants, shops and museums within a short walking distance. Street is very quiet at night. Every amenity we could have wanted was provided, including wi-fi. We loved having coffee in the courtyard in between the casitas. The manager was very responsive. Probably our best VRBO experience. We will be back.

Perfect Casitas in a great location

We stayed in the Gallery Casitas with three adults and it was perfect for us. All of the furnishings are very nice and it exceeded my expectations based on the photos. The master bed is not separated from the main living space with a wall, but that did not bother us at all. The second bedroom has it's own private entrance and private bathroom, which made it very convenient for another adult or second couple. The location is perfect - very close to the plaza, galleries, museums, shops, restaurants, and even the grocery store is just a short walk down the main street. We really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend the Gallery Casitas!

We could live here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay in the Flores Gallery Casitas. Our son was able to join us and have his own space in the front Casita and my husband and I had the larger back Casita. It is in a great location, easy walking distance to galleries, wine tasting, museums, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The Casitas were clean, comfortable, quiet and being that they're in a historical building a little quirky. Beautifully decorated, great kitchen space with everything we needed, huge lovely shower, washer and dryer - all our needs were met. Oh, and the courtyard is wonderfully charming and a great place to sit with an afternoon beer or your morning coffee and a book. Would highly recommend the Gallery Casitas.

Lovely LeDoux Street Casitas -- Perfection!

First of all, I don't think there is a more picturesque street in America than lovely Le Doux street with its narrow winding way, surrounded by earthen adobe structures with bright blue doors and windows, flowers, art galleries and two of the most noted museums of Taos right on the street. It is a very short stroll to the Plaza and all the restaurants, shops and garlleries of downtown Taos. The location cannot be beat. Then there are the casitas themselves. Impeccably clean, beautifully decorated with local arts, super comfie bedding, gorgeous kitchenware. We've been on a cross country trek, and have stayed in a lot of generic hotels, so to be in these two great houses, with a full kitchen and laundry and a serene patio felt like being at home again -- I really loved it and would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Passageway to Paradise

If you are looking for a quiet, beautifully appointed, rental in a great location then look no further than Casa de Flores Galleries. It is obvious from the immaculate rooms, tasteful decor and whimsical personal touches that the Galleries hold a special place in the hearts of the owners. Lisa and David have spared no expense to to restore the Galleries to a beautiful example of Taos charm, yet every modern convenience is available and top of the line including furnishings, kitchen appliances, bath, beds and linens. Even the knives and veggie peeler were sharpened. It was wonderful after a day of shopping/ sightseeing to retreat down the passageway to a lovely hidden courtyard - a true piece of paradise. There is comfortable seating for six and a nice outdoor grille for cooking. It's a great place for morning coffee, afternoon nibbles and cocktails and evening star gazing or listening for the Taos hum. What a relief to not be disturbed by mosquitoes. A special thanks to the manager Helen Tracey for her welcome arrival greeting and all the help she provided about our "how to questions". She could not have been more helpful or pleasant. And thanks to Ellie too, for her great job of cleaning after the departure of 2 of our traveling companions. Th place was pristine when she finished. Our month at the "Galleries " was as good as it gets --thanks Lisa and David for sharing you home. Carol

Unique experience

Unique place with all normal amenities. The courtyard and solo fire was a welcome break after a long day of skiing. Parking is a challenge. Neighbors were great. They all stopped by to say high as we we're loading/unloading the car. Definitely stay there again is we get a chance.

Great property!

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this property. Pretty, clean, and easy check in/check out. We walked to restaurants and the square each evening after skiing during the day. Highly recommend!

Good spot on the planet and in Taos. Delightful.

Close to the historic plaza. Very walkable. Parking a little intimidating initially but simple enough to conquer. Courtyard absolutely delightful . Felt very at home here.

Authentic New Mexico charm and close to everything.

Location is great, the unit is clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Depending on the day of the week and time of day, parking can take a bit of effort but the place is worth the minor inconvenience.

The property is very comfortable and so close to the Plaza, we love it!!

So nice to have a comfortable place to come back to after a long walk around the plaza and park and shopping. We kept saying how nice it was to have the courtyard to hang out in during our stay. I would definitely recommend this casita to my family and friends. Thanks for another great stay!!

Wonderful adobe home, great location, very good support from Helen.

This very beautiful historic adobe home made for a perfect stay and experience in Taos. Beautiful furnished with archival artworks, lovely restful courtyard linking the 2 bedroom spaces, very well equipped & beautiful Kitchen. Location was superb, a 5 minute walk to the plaza & similar to great restaurants & Galleries. Informative literature and prompt responses to queries from Helen. We would love to return here. This property is amazing, pretty as shown

Taos was not our kind of place. We hit a very hot, very dry time. There is only so much shopping one can do. We rafted but since so dry, the water was very low. The whole area looked depressed. This unit is very cozy, great bed, bedding, towels, shower, kitchen, couch... etc, all 1st rate. We enjoyed the little front bedroom since we don't get up at the same time. Set up the coffee maker over there. It was hot while we where there and neither unit has a/c. It does cool down at night and by 3am I could use a sheet. But, sleeping at 76 degrees and 15% humidity was not hot in the back big room. There are 2 fans. Window in the bathroom helped create a cross breeze. It would of been too hot in the front little room, but we didnt sleep there. They do have a swamp cooler you can use. We did not need it. 1 fan in there. Window cross breeze available. Place safe. Slept with doors open to courtyard with screens closed for more air to get into the place. only doors to street where kept locked. IF I went back to Taos, I'd stay there again.

Wonderful Taos Casitas!

The casitas are beautiful and comfortable. The pictures on VRBO are spot-on. The location is perfect- one quick walk from the plaza. There are so many thoughtful touches, such as a really well-equipped kitchen and lighting with so much variability. I hope I can stay here again soon.

so cozy !

Rented out both Casitas for 4 persons.Historic significance appreciated.Location very central and very private, never had parking issue. The main Casita is a large size studio with a king bed, plus sofa bed, fully equipped renovated kitchen and cute shower. Stackable W/D with detergent and softner. It is accessed via the courtyard only. The front unit is a hotel like room with Queen bed and en suite, it can be accessed from the street as well as courtyard.It also has a functioning fire place which keeps it warm. There are two more units with doors leading to the court yard, not sure who owns them but they did not access the yard. The fully enclosed cute little court yard is definitely a plus where a family can hang out with their furry friends. Mattresses and Linen were excellent quality. Recliner was awesome.Enough hot water in shower for all of us. Casa Flores was decorated tastefully The only suggestions I can provide would be fixing the floor so it would stop creaking with each step ,Fix the light in the tunnel entrance to the courtyard, also a Chiminea in the yard would be a nice touch to complete the experience. Helen was helpful and quick to answer her phone for any questions I had.

Perfect location! Fully equipped. Beautiful interiors!

Casa de Flores was the perfect pick to end 2017. The accommodation was 5 star quality, the unit fully equipped and spacious. I will definitely recommend it. It was also a pleasure to work with Helen.

Perfection, as always!

We've stayed here at least six times and each visit has been perfect! The casitas are always clean and Helen is responsive if we ever need anything. The location is truly one of the best in Taos. Can't wait for our next trip!
