• 1 full bedroom (1 King + a Murphy bed in the huge living room)

• Fully air-conditioned and smoke-free
• Beach chairs, towels and a cooler available for your enjoyment.
• Solar power pack (10 hours? depending on use) for the refrigerator, a fan and electronics in case of an outage. It's not perfect but, most units have nothing.
NOTE: Puerto Rico has a very fragile power grid and, unfortunately, outages do happen. Our complex has generators for the elevators and hallway lights only. They are not allowed in the individual units. If this could be a big problem for you, we suggest staying in a resort that has full generator power.

Family Trip

It was excellent the pool, beach, restaurants everything was very close and easy to get to. The condo itself was perfect with two bathrooms and the kitchen. It was easy to get to highway for our adventures and walking to a grocery store. Juli was great at communicating and very responsive.

Awesome experience!!

This unit is unbelievable. It is a modern 1 bedroom with an open concept living room and kitchen the east and north walls are all glass doors making for the best views of the beach. Apartment comes with beach chair, towels and umbrellas. There is also a Murphy Bed for family members. You will not have to want for anything. On the strip just outside are several fast food restaurants, Chili’s and Lupies Spirts Bar n Grill. And you can walk to your choice of 3 Casinos and 2 grocery stores - Grocery cart in unit. The airport is just 6 minutes away and only cost 10 via Uber. Our hosts were very responsive and made our stay perfect.

5-stare apartment in a 2-stare building

Beautiful apartment. Equipped with everything you need. The host was very accommodating. That said. The building is broken down. The pool is old and not inviting, Tennis court was destroyed by storms and never repaired, basketball court needs updating as well. The grounds and lobby are stark and ugly. Power goes out occasionally. Apartment has backup generator. No air-conditioning in hallways, lobby and elevators. The property next store is gorgeous. That is what you see in the pictures. For 300 you can use their facilities. I hope this helps

Perfect for us!

We have had incredible experiences using VRBO, but this one hit the top of the charts. The hosts made this the most stress-free experience ever! From communicating over a week in advance to checking in on our arrival, nothing was left to chance. Juli made everything so incredibly convenient. From the ease of check-in through the immaculate and well-appointed unit, we could not have asked for a better experience. Plenty of space for us, panoramic views of the beach and ocean, fully outfitted kitchen, tons of towels, beach towels, coolers, chairs, beach umbrella…everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation. Other bonuses…cleaning supplies! Efficient washer/dryer! I could go on. In addition, easy walking distance to some great restaurants. Entrevinos, right across the street, was a nice “date night” spot. Fabulous service and delicious food combined with a great wine selection. Ocean Breeze, right in the beach at the Royal Sonesta next door, was a perfect beach day lunch spot…so good, we ate there 4 times. Juli left a very detailed binder with recommendations, and we tried a couple of those…most notably, Hotties, a 5 minute walk and fantastic local cuisine in a casual setting. Bonus for me…a Foxwoods casino at the Fairmont El San Juan hotel, just 2 doors away. All in all, we had a great time and could not have been happier with the experience.

We live and work in the foothills of the Sierra Mountains in Northern California but are very fortunate to spend most vacations on the “Enchanted Isle” of Puerto Rico. We very proudly call it our second home in paradise. Richard was born in San Juan and still has a lot of friends and family on the island. We love the tropical climate, the friendly people, the laid back attitude and the fascinating culture that Puerto Rico has to offer.

Owning Isla Verde condos has been our dream for many years. It just doesn’t get much better than waking up to the sparkling ocean water, the sound of the waves and the tropical sea breeze. The building and area amenities, the central location and the long stretch of pristine beach make it the perfect get away for almost anyone.

We hope that you enjoy it as much as we do and are always available to help answer any questions or to help plan your dream vacation!
