Modern Western Garden Level Apt – Newly Renovated!
Our renovated and tastefully decorated 1/1 Garden level Apartment is the perfect launching pad to see all of Denver's best attractions! Located blocks from Regis University and minutes from trendy Tennyson (many restaurants, bars, and shopping), our 1/1 is brand new with modern and quality furnishings. We are a quick drive to all of Denver's hot areas and sporting attractions such as the Rino District, Lodo, Empower Stadium, Coors Field and more!
Our modern 1/1 Garden Level apartment has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated w/ stylish finishes. The bedroom is furnished with a Queen Nectar Mattress & Casper Pillows! We provide Noise machines for the bedroom and living room, along with a fan and portable heater for added control on temperature and air movement. The living room TV is equipped with complimentary Hulu w/ Live TV, ESPN+ & Disney +! Our kitchenette is fully stocked for your cooking needs: We have everything a kitchen would have besides a stove, but we have provided a microwave, hotplate w/ 2 burners and a toaster oven. All kitchen utensils, pans, plateware etc are provided to make preparing meals a breeze. An All-in-one Washer/Dryer combo is conveniently located in a laundry closet in our spacious bathroom. We provide all the essential house hold items to keep your travel accessories to a minimum.
Our unit is located in a 6-unit building in a quiet residential neighborhood. This is a corner unit and is the Garden level/basement unit. Upon walking in, you have a normal ground level apartment (full sized window with nice natural light). Only the bedroom and bathroom are considered "basement level".
You will be able to hear the footsteps and occasional voices of the tenants above on the main level but we have provided noise machines to help those who are sensitive to noises. If you are extremely sensitive to noise - this may not be the unit for you.
We are a 10 minute walk to a few eateries and just a minute drive from trendy Tennyson! We are centrally located to all of Denver's hottest attractions with easy access to I-70 for your adventures to Boulder, Red Rocks, or the mountains!

There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10pm. Please bring all noise inside after this time. This is a family neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
Pets are allowed and we charge a $50 non refundable pet accommodation fare during your stay. Please inquire about multiple pets or a multiple month stay.
We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.
PARKING:
Only 1 car per reservation. We have one spot directly in-front of the unit.
AC/HEAT
There is central AC & Heat. We set AC through the transitional seasons & summer and heat during winter and when needed during Spring and Fall. You will have control of setting the temperature that is comfortable to you but will not be able to toggle between Heat and AC. Please reach out if you have any questions. We provide fans, space heaters and noise machines for added comfort.
CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property. We do have baby gates and outlet protectors. Guests may remove these before you arrive. We leave additional outlet covers in kitchen drawers.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
