Perched on the western edge of Navarre Beach in Grand Navarre, this home offers 45 feet of canal frontage, opening up a world of boating, paddle boarding, and Gulf Coast adventure.
For added convenience, the home features an elevator from the ground floor to the top level ($150 fee applies, waived for elderly or mobility-impaired guests).

Additional Amenities and Rental Details
* Private Pool and Hot Tub: Pool heat available. Pool heat if selected would be for the entire stay at $80 per day. Hot Tub heat can be selected per day and it is a 3 hour window that we will set at $55 per day/per 3 hour window. Both of these fees can be adjusted by management with the fluctuations in cost of propane to heat these amenities *
* Event-Friendly: Accommodates up to 50 guests with approval ($1,200 event fee applies).
* 6-Seat Golf Cart Rental: Available for $750 per week (ask about daily rates) must be rented for entire length of stay.
* Beach Fun Package: Includes kayaks, life vests, six beach chairs, five umbrellas, and a beach wagon.
* Admin Fee: Includes a damage waiver, covering up to $1,500 in accidental damage.
