- Kitchen & Dining: The fully stocked kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals, whether it's a hearty breakfast before skiing or a family dinner in the evening. The adjacent dining room offers a charming space to gather, enjoy meals, and make memories.

Sleeping Arrangements:

- Primary Bedroom: Rest easy in the primary bedroom, featuring a queen bed for a peaceful night’s sleep.
- Bedroom 2: This versatile room includes a double bed and a twin bunk bed, ideal for kids, friends, or extra family members.
- Bedroom 3: Equipped with two twin bunk beds, this room is perfect for younger guests or those looking for a fun and cozy sleeping space.

Outdoor Amenities:

- Back Deck: The spacious deck includes a grill and outdoor dining area, perfect for summer cookouts or relaxing with morning coffee while enjoying mountain views.

- The bunk beds (should you choose to use them) have attached ladders to access the top level. In renting this house, you agree to hold the owner and manager harmless for any injury, other harm, or death resulting from the use of the ladders and bunk beds.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
- Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
