The adjoining open chef’s kitchen is equipped with floor-to-ceiling Wenge cabinets, Italian granite counters, and a spacious island, making it ideal for casual gatherings or home-cooked meals.
Sleeping Arrangements:
• Master Bedroom: Located at the back of the house, the master suite offers a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Tucked away from the city noise, it’s a quiet and restful retreat perfect for unwinding.
• Front Bedrooms: The two front-facing bedrooms overlook Third Avenue and may experience some noise due to the bustling city outside. However, they remain comfortable and well-appointed for a pleasant stay.
