Designed to take full advantage of its picture-perfect beachfront locale, Gulf Place Town Center is a colorful 25-acre community that’s the beating heart of South Walton. The world-famous turquoise water and white sand of the Emerald Coast beaches only a few short steps away. Or if the pool is more your speed, head down to the multiple community swimming pools that are open to Gulf Place guests. Within this peaceful neighborhood lies Namastay 30A, a three-bedroom condo with a luxe, laid-back interior that looks out over the swaying, sun-kissed palm trees. The well-equipped kitchen has all you need to prepare meals and snacks, including a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. There’s plenty of space to dine at the granite bar or the formal dining table, and the open living area has warm, caramel-brown wood floors that are accented with vibrant blue furnishing. Three bedrooms include a primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a guest room with a queen bed, and a bunk room with space for five.

A special note for this home: below this condo lies Yoga Bar, a popular local spot for yoga practice and meditation. We ask that guests of Namastay 30A be aware of their proximity to Yoga Bar, and walk softly while class is in session.
