The use of basic cleaning products is available, and a cleaning fee will apply at the end of your stay. Shared spaces, such as the pool and gardens, are free for all guests to enjoy. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and a calm environment is required during that time. We are pleased to inform you that smoking is allowed in outdoor areas but not inside. Visitors are not permitted for security reasons. We also ask that you use energy responsibly by turning off unnecessary lights and devices when leaving. We hope you enjoy your stay and the natural beauty of Tulum! TULUM is a small town experiencing significant growth. It does not have a robust electrical infrastructure, and in our commitment to the environment, the air conditioning system operates autonomously. When the temperature reaches 22°C, it turns off automatically. To enhance your experience, we recommend using the ceiling fans, which can be turned on with the switch next to the remote control, and their speed and light can be adjusted using the same remote. Additionally, feel free to open the large windows in each room and the living area. Please note that the air conditioning will not operate if the windows are open.
