Pets are Permitted only with paid pet fee: We love pets and are happy to welcome them to our home under specific conditions. Dogs are welcome, and we accept most breeds. Cats are permitted with prior approval. If you're bringing a cat, please let us know at the time of your booking request. No other types of pets are allowed. All pets must be disclosed before booking, including the type of pet and the breed if it is a dog. A pet fee must be paid at the time of reservation. Mentioning your pet without adding them to your reservation will result in additional fees. We allow a maximum of two pets. Pets must be let out at appropriate times to attend to their needs and should not be left unattended for inappropriate lengths of time. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the home and are not allowed on the furniture. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Any damage caused by pets, including excessive hair or hair on furniture, will result in additional fees. Excessive barking, disruptions to neighbors, and negligence may result in eviction.*
