Nestled on the far eastern end of Scenic Highway 30A, Rosemary Beach is equal parts charming and architecturally captivating. This pristine beach town offers access to four uniquely styled swimming pools (one of which is heated), nine different private beach access points, eight premier Har-Tru tennis courts, a kid's play area, and a short walk to the town square where you'll find unrivaled boutique shopping and dining options.
Piccadilly Cottage and Carriage House looks out over Kingston Park and the wooden walkways of Rosemary Beach's Butterfly Garden. The home is a short walk to the Cabana Pool and is just a short 3-minute bike ride or 9-minute walk to the beach.

Exterior:
Piccadilly Cottage and Carriage House offers incredible outdoor spaces including a private courtyard with an al fresco dining area and a fireplace. The home's expansive covered porches all offer various seating options.
First Floor:
The entrance to the main cottage leads into an open living and dining room area. Three sets of French doors to the front of the home offer abundant natural light. Seating at the main dining table accommodates eight, with additional seating for three along the breakfast bar. The first-floor living room comes with a large smart TV and a Sonos speaker.
The home's kitchen comes fully equipped with dual counter space and is replete with premium appliances; fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction stovetop, oven, and microwave.
Just off from the kitchen is the home's first-floor laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer. There is also a full bathroom accessible from both the living area and the exterior porch where you'll find a rinsing shower to wash the sand from your feet after a fun day at the beach.
Second Floor:
Comprised of two well-appointed owner suites, the second-floor bedrooms both come with king beds, fully remodeled ensuite bathrooms, and access to private outdoor balconies.
Third Floor:
The loft's sleeping arrangements include two custom-built twin bunks overtop two full bunks. The space also comes with a walk-in shower within the extensively remodeled bathroom and an additional seating area with a smart TV and HDMI hookup for any gaming systems you may wish to bring.
Carriage House:
The carriage home's separate entrance can be accessed by the garage and offers almost 700 sq. Ft of impeccably kept living quarters for two guests. The carriage home offers a living area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a private office area, a full-size washer and dryer, and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The upstairs living quarters within the carriage house offers a king bedroom.
AMENITIES:
The home provides blazing-fast wifi (speeds of around 1GB) and routers on each floor, six beach cruisers for guest use, towels (including beach towels), fresh linens, cutlery, iron and ironing board, and cooking utensils.

NOTE:
This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any direct or consequential damages..
The primary guest must be 25 or older to rent this home.
Guests shall be issued with parking permits/hangtags, which must be displayed and clearly visible at all times when parked in on-street spaces within Rosemary Beach. Permits/hangtags are not required for vehicles parked on the home's driveway.
Community quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am daily.
Your stay will include RFID amenity passes, which provide access to Rosemary Beach's various community amenities. These passes must remain with the home. Any lost passes will result in a $50 replacement fee per lost pass.
Trash must be bagged and placed inside roller trash cans with the lid fully closed.
Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.
Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposes fines on guests found to be doing so.
