The whole house can be open to flow in and out of all the rooms, or each unit can be closed off to the others. Just one block from Kendall Yards neighborhood that includes several restaurants, shopping, and the centennial trail! Lime scooter, lime bike, or walk over to downtown Spokane on the trail that goes over the bridge brining you to Riverpark Square, the Convention Center, the Sports complex, parks, grocery, and everything downtown Spokane has to offer!

The Space:
Each unit has it's own smart TV, bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, and bedrooms. Two of the units have their own washer and dryer! Free high speed internet, free parking in the back yard, private alley access, extra street parking, and all the amenities.
First level:
Unit 3- Studio with King Bed, bathroom, kitchen, dining table
Unit 2- (side door access from back parking lot) Oversized one bedroom with King bed, 2 twin beds, queen air mattress, large living room, kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer.
Upper Level - Unit 1- 2 bedrooms, one with King and Twin bed, second bedroom with Queen bed, one tall queen air mattress with built-in pump, extra sheets. One tall twin air mattress with extra pillows and sheets.

Guest Access:
The best access is from the alley to the private parking lot that leads to the deck and side entrance. The front door leads to the stairwell where you can split off to any of the 3 units.

The Neighborhood:
This on-the-rise neighborhood is close to parks, food, trails, and and more! One block from Kendall Yards and the Centennial Trail.

Getting Around:
Lime Bike, Uber, Walk, Lime Scooter, City Bus and more

Other Things to Note:
The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
- Reach out to us for opportunities to lower cleaning fee if only staying in one unit. Booking price does not change only cleaning fee if confirmed by us. Must reach out to us 10 days before your stay to qualify for this discount.
-Trash is located in the back Alley. Trash day is FRIDAY. Recycle is every-other week. Guests will be charged $40 excess trash or trash that does not make it to trash and recycle receptacles.
