Great place for large families and little ones!

This condo had all the space we needed. We chose it for the number of bedrooms and the provided pack 'n play. It's a little farther from the theme parks (traffic wise) than we prefer but close to really nice amenities like Publix and Target. Complex was very quiet and condo was clean!

Perfect house

We arrived early and they were very easy to contact to let us in a little early to the house. The beds were comfy and the neighborhood was nice and quiet! It was a little farther away from Disney than I wanted but other than that it was great!!

Close - but lots of traffic

The location is very close to Disney, but depending on time of day could be a hectic commute to the parks from this location. The townhouse was as described and fit our group perfectly. The carpeting could use replacing, but the townhouse was clean and comfortable. Plenty of grocery & restaurants close-by. Management communication was good. Overallgood place to stay.

Nice overall experience

Property was nice and clean. Amenities were nice. Location of property was a little out of the way from Disney but not too far. BAD experience with the maintenance staff. Something was fishy about the thermostat and the air conditioning. Tried to call someone about the warmness in the property and no one would answer the phone and we suffered through the second night. The last night we were there a maintenance man showed up and said he put some freon in the heat pump and it worked. Overall a good time and i would stay there again...

Visiting the area to attend a wedding at the Formosa Winery, so, our main concern was locating accommodations near the venue. This property turned out perfect in distance. Less than 10 min away. Access to property was good. Clean, beds were very comfortable, quiet area. Not a lot a traffic. We were very comfortable. Thank You.!

No heat!

This is a corporate owned rental complete with all the trimmings of bureaucracy to get something fixed in a timing manor. We had no heat for four days. The house was 62 degrees. Four days to get it fixed. The unit is fine but just hope nothing goes wrong because it takes a act of congress to get it fixed.

Great condo close to Disney attractions!

This 4 bedroom condo in a gated community was perfect for my family. The little ones enjoyed the Mickey Mouse themed room with twin beds. The adults enjoyed the 2 master suites. Beds were comfortable and this was very conveniently located close to restaurants, stores and the Disney attractions.

Great place to stay!

Stayed for a week with my grown up children. 30 minutes from Universal. Close to restaurants, shopping and putt putt golf. Very clean and everything we needed. The only thing I would recommend is softer mattresses for the twin beds and newer cookware.

Everything was perfect, but there weren’t any containers to put away food in the refrigerator. That is 100% necessary. I also believe a couple of coffee filters would be nice.

Great House, But Disappointed with Hot Tub and Lack of Response

The house itself was lovely—very clean, well-maintained, and the overall booking process went smoothly. However, one of the main reasons we booked this property was for the hot tub, which was unfortunately unusable as it had no water. We reached out to the property manager, who initially responded with “let me reach out to the owners and get back to you,” but we never received any follow-up. While the home was not the issue, the inability to use the hot tub and the lack of communication about resolving the problem were disappointing. It put a damper on what otherwise could have been a great stay.

Great location

Great spot from which to go to the parks or grab a bite to eat. Aside from the television not working in the main room, the rest of the house was as advertised. The 2 year-old loved her Mickey bed. We put the mattress down between the two beds, so she wouldn't fall off. The room on the ground floor makes it work for those travelling with a person with difficulty going up stairs. Kitchen table with little marks from the placemats.

The home was clean and had Basic Ammenties. No curtains Ceiling Fan older appliances and worn carpet

I would refer this property as The Basic Vacation Home . Besides having very few Ammedies the cable had no local channel's and the club house pool is not heated. I would not stay here the next time I'm on Orlando. 1 hr to get to Universal Stidios and 30 minutes to Disney. Lots of traffic and tolls
