Pool Heating Notice: The Arizona sun does a wonderful job of naturally keeping the pool at a comfortable yet refreshing temperature. However, the pool does have a heating option for an extra fee of $50 per day. The pool needs at least 24 hours to reach peak temperature, please let us know in advance if you would like to exercise the pool heating option.

Pool Safety Notice: The pool does not have a safety fence, but we have equipped our home with alarms on each sliding glass door that accesses the back yard for added safety. All guests should exercise caution and never leave children under 18 unsupervised.
