Nicely decorated, could use some improvements

We enjoyed our week at the property. It was a convenient location, safe, and the resort area offered a lot to do and great food. The home could use some new carpeting and paint - a little updating needed. The price was high compared to other, newer and more modern homes we have rented but it was also a busy time of year. Also note that this home is actually attached to others like a townhome and not a separate unit. We were able to hear the neighbors through the walls and outside in their pool.

Casa confortável e bem localizada.

Nós (2 adultos e 3 crianças) ficamos 8 noites em janeiro/2019 e gostamos muito. A casa estava limpa e é bem decorada. É muito bem localizada para quem vai para os parques da Disney (fica a uns 25 minutos de distancia e não pegamos trânsito pela manha). A casa tem vista para o lago e a vizinhança do condomínio é muito tranquila, não ouvimos nenhum barulho de carros ou de vizinhos. A entrada/saída do condomínio funciona muito bem, com acesso por qrcode ou senha. Não usamos a piscina por conta do tempo que estava muito frio. A cozinha é bem equipada e os eletrodomésticos novos e bons (o único porém foram as panelas que estavam meio manchadas, com aspecto de sujas). Precisamos estender por mais um dia nossa estada e fomos prontamente atendidos. Senti falta apenas de um kit básico de sal/açucar/pimenta na cozinha e também de pano de chão e algum produto de limpeza para cozinha/fogão, pequenos detalhes que poderiam ter facilitado nossa estadia. De toda forma, tem um mercado Publix bem perto do condomínio. Com certeza, voltaríamos a ficar nesta casa em outra oportunidade.

Great location, great place..

the house was very clean and looked awesome. The kids (12, 14 & 17) and my wife loved the club house and faculties. Wish they stayed open past 9pm so after the parks we could hit the hot tub, but me managed just fine. The house was well equipped except for paper products (paper towels & toilet paper) but its no big deal, grab a 4 pack at the near by Publix (avoid Walmart!!!) We will differently be back...thanks

Just an okay stay

Water was never hot in the shower. The gate pass never worked and always long lines to get into the property. Not starting kits provided and had to pay for everything. Limited items in the kitchen.

Spotless and Beautiful

The property was easy to find and the location was perfect for visiting the Disney parks. Traffic was minimal in this area. The condo was beautiful and spotless with all of the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The only hiccup was the guard shack. Since I had adult children staying with me, they opted to stay late at the parks or venture out to the clubs in the evenings while I drove back to relax. They used Ubers, and they had trouble two nights in a row trying to get the Ubers past the guard shack to our condo. I talked to the guard shack after the first encounter and thought it was resolved until the next time when it happened again.

Beautiful, Comfy and Homey!

We arrived early to find the cleaning crew still on site. Once the crew was finished, the the property inspector welcomed us in. After nearly a 16 hr car ride, we were delited. As we walked in the door we found everything to look just like the photos online. Only it seemed much larger than we expected. The rooms were perfect size for our family and the common areas were amazing! The pool was clean and just the right amount of chemical with plenty of room to lounge poolside. With a fully furnished kitchen and the laundry facilities we were able to pack lighter and save money on eating out. Everything we needed to shop for was within just a mile or so...if only we had known the area a little better, we could have saved some headache and stayed away from the Wal-Mart that so super packed every hour of the day... but we managed just fine. It felt nice to be welcomed "home" each and every trip in the gate. We very much enjoyed a long overdue vacation and we will only book our stays with HomeAway from this day forward. Thank You for helping my family make this a trip we won't soon forget!

The property was well appointed and the location was terrific!

Our family was very comfortable in the Onix house. Gatehouse staff was friendly, the house was beautifully decorated and the Storey Lake amenities were fantastic. It was very close to the local attractions and more!

Great Location & Home

This was a great location & the home was set up very well. We very much enjoyed our stay at this home and we will look to book this specific home again. Easy access to all of Orlando's attractions as well as easy access to great eating establishments. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Great property!

Wonderful! Beautiful rental!

It was everything we had expected; we were not disappointed. The only thing that would've been a nice touch, was for there to be toilet paper, dish soap and garbage bags. When we arrived the first night it was in the evening and we had none of those things. We didn't have a chance to go to the grocery store upon arriving to Florida before checking in.
