THE SPACE:
Welcome to our tranquil downtown Bristol home, a mere half mile from the lively State Street area and Hard Rock Casino. Relax in our tastefully furnished interior or unwind in the inviting outdoor oasis featuring a cozy fire pit, hot tub and covered seating or enjoy the charm of the wrap-around porch.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The master bedroom has a queen size bed.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed. There are two tri-fold floor mattresses in the closet along with extra linens. One will accommodate a small child, and the other will accommodate a small adult or child. Feel free to use them in any convenient location throughout the home. A portable crib is offered for the comfort and safety of your little ones.

Hot tub towels are provided in the dressers in each bedroom.

KITCHEN:
The bright and fully equipped kitchen has the basic kitchen necessities to prepare your meals. Please be sure to read our digital guidebook after booking to see what items are provided. All devices should be fairly straightforward to use. Appliances we have on site include:

Fridge/Freezer with ice and water dispenser
Oven, Stove, Microwave

THE OUTDOOR SPACE:
While exploring all that Bristol has to offer, return to the serenity of our private backyard oasis. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub, gather around the cozy fire pit, or dine outdoors under one of our many seating areas, including a covered space. Challenge each other to a friendly game of ring toss, as well.
Unwind on the charming wrap-around front porch, complete with rocking chairs and take advantage of easy access to the front and side lawns - perfect for your furry friend.

THE BASICS:
Whole home heating and air conditioning for the coldest of nights and hottest of days.

Rest assured, when you select the traveling with a pet option, the pet fee is included in the nightly price.

To ensure a worry-free experience, your stay is fully covered by Rental Guardian protection, eliminating the need for security deposits or accidental damage fees. Simply book and enjoy your worry-free getaway!

Family Events in Bristol

We have family in the area and came for a couple milestone birthday parties. We travel to the Bristol/jJohnson City area at least 4 times a year. This was by far the nicest VRBO that we have stayed in. Thanks for the hospitality!

Great stay on family roadtrip

We found our one night stay in Bristol rejuvenating after a long day in the car. The hosts have thought of so many helpful ways to make their home comfortable for travelers. Home has been nicely decorated and is very close to the interstate, but still feels quiet and peaceful.

Bristol Bluegrass Festival Event

The property was great. An accurate representation of the online photos of the house greeted us. The hot tub was a nice feature in a great backyard for a relaxing late night cocktail and bloody mary in the morning. We would definitely stay here again when in Bristol!

Bristol Escape

This house was in a quiet location but close to Bristol’s main shopping and restaurant area. The house was exceptionally clean, very comfortable and made us feel at home. The outside patio area was lovely to relax in the sun and it has all the amenities you would require. Jennifer was very responsive with any questions and was an excellent host.

Good location, Nice house

The house was very clean, within walking distance of downtown Bristol, and close to a grocery store, etc. The managers texted just after we checked in to make themselves available if we needed anything. We would stay here again.

Perfect stay

The house was the cutest. Few minutes from downtown. The owners were so nice, very responsive! The hottub and fireplace was perfect for relaxing each night! The dragway was less than 10 minutes away! Will definitely stay here the next time!

Perfect place!

The property was clean and well stocked. Easy access to several restaurants and walking distance to downtown. We were visiting for a wedding and the venue, The Bristol train station, was within 5 minutes of us. The backyard was the perfect little oasis to relax in the evening. We had zero issues.

Great stay in Bristol!

Property was exactly as described in listing. We really enjoyed the extra touches all throughout the property. From the snacks and coffee bar to the extras in the bathroom, there’s nothing that hasn’t been thought about for guests. Communication was great with the owners and they made sure to check in with us to ensure everything was going well. We will definitely stay here for all future trips to the area! We highly recommend eating at Bloom and visiting the Michael Waltrip Brewery for great craft beer and tasty food.

Perfect overnight stay

My husband, son, daughter and I stayed here for one night on our way to college move-in. What a pleasant space to walk in to after a full day in the car! Tastefully decorated with new furnishings, it felt like home. The neighborhood was quiet so we got a good night’s sleep. We didn’t have the opportunity to take advantage of the fire pit or hot tub, but maybe next time!

Several parks and walkways are close by for you to enjoy as well.
Our home is in a residential neighborhood; therefore we expect our guests to keep the noise down, especially after hours.
