Jede Etage verfügt über große Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Terrassen. Es ist ein gut ausgestattetes, komfortables Haus mit offenem Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küchenbereich. Quick to Downtown

Our stay was pleasant and contributed to a good holiday. The house was appointed with everything needed to make breakfasts and dinners. The view and the back deck were the best part of the stay and a great place for a glass of wine and snacks.

This was a stunning property to stay in and there could be no better view in Queenstown. House had everything we could need for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend to anyone and would love to return again in the future!

Amazing views, convenient location

The views are terrific, the house very comfortable, the location perfect. All three bedrooms worked out well and the large family room was a great gathering spot. We stayed during the winter so didn't take advantage of the wonderful decks, all the doors in the living room completely open onto them which would be great during a summer stay.

Property was beautiful. Clean and well appointed. Uber/taxi was easily available. Waiting until we were traveling for check in communications was a bit difficult. Owner/manager communicated well. Expecting us to chane out propane tanks if needed was my only disappointment. Overall, it was a good stay.

Views to die for

This magnificent property with wonderful views over Queenstown is very special. 3 bedrooms all with their own bathroom, the main with spectacular views, and one of the downstairs ones with only slightly less spectacular views. A gas fireplace that heats everything up very quickly and electric blankets on all the beds with other heating systems throughout the house no one would ever be cold. A coffee machine with heaps of pods. Interesting books galore, a chess set and tv channels and streaming apps by the dozen, with great WiFi, nobody could ever run out of things to do in this house. It is up a VERY steep hill and I mean VERY!!! Even the van we hired sounded like it was struggling. I know other reviewers have said you can walk back from town but you’d be mad to try and the 3 mountain bikers in our group all rode up it once and once only just to say they had. Parking is right outside the door when you get there though and then it’s just a hike down a set of stairs with your luggage to the front door. Only negative were two out of the three showers. They are built for tall people and when turned on it felt like an assault. I couldn’t even reach the shower head to adjust it and make it less in your face. I had to get out and find an implement to hook through the ring to try and pull it down so that it was slightly less unpleasant. But that was the only negative thing I have to say about our stay and the shower water pressure was amazing. A bigger supply of pantry staples such as oil for cooking, tomato sauce etc so that everyone doesn’t have to buy their own and maybe even some milk already supplied in the fridge would be wonderful touches so guests can fully appreciate the coffee machine and it’s wide selection of pods from the get go. Thank you for opening up your magical home Rich. We thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated it.

Great location with amazing views!

This place was amazing. Views were stunning. Super accommodations. It’s a hike down the hill to town but not too bad and taxis are readily available. Totally worth the hike to enjoy the serene views. We would definitely stay here again.

The most GLORIOUS house, With the most GLORIOUS views!!

We spent 5 days in this BEAUTIFUL home overlooking Lake Wakatipu. The view from the deck is breath-taking!! All 6 of us said, "WOW" when we walked in the front door! The house has 3 beautiful rooms and 3 nice bathrooms. It is fully equipped with all the amenities you need and high end touches! (We all loved the Nespresso machine!) The communication with Richard was fabulous and he responded quickly to all inquiries we had! I would definitely recommend this house!! We hope to one day get back to Queenstown and I would only want to stay here!!

Stunning view

Have traveled a lot and don’t think ever had views like this. Strong Wi-Fi, large bedrooms, good tv system. Steep walk to/from town that we did a few times but not as often as was hoping to (our 11 year olds did the walk but not happily). We ate most dinners at home bcs view so great. Many cooking and BBQ utensils. 10 min walk to start of hiking trail. Would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay and website data on property is accurate.

The views from this place are spectacular. Walking distance to downtown but be prepared to hike down (to town) and up (back to the place). I would recommend anyone to stay here, and the reading material provided at the house was outstanding. We will be back.
