Willkommen in der prestigeträchtigen Gemeinschaft von Frangista Beach! Kommen Sie mit Flip-Flops und Badeanzug in der Hand an. Dieses schöne 3BR / 3BA-Privathaus SLEEPS 8 befindet sich einen Block von der Zufahrt zum Strand entfernt und liegt direkt gegenüber dem Gemeinschaftspool Frangista Beach. (Codes für den Zugang zum Strand und zum Pool-Tor werden den Gästen zur Verfügung gestellt.)

Entdecken Sie neue Fußböden, 11 Meter hohe Decken und wunderschöne Möbel, sobald Sie durch die Eingangstür dieses zweistöckigen Strandhauses treten. Versammeln Sie sich in der offenen Gourmetküche und im Wohn- und Essbereich im ersten Stock. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Queen-Schlafsofa ausgestattet, um bei Bedarf zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheiten bereitzustellen. Ein 55 "-Flachbild-4K-HDTV, Blu-Ray-Player und Roku (mit Zugang zu Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, YouTube usw.) stehen für Ihre Unterhaltung zur Verfügung. Entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie das schöne Wetter auf einer der drei geräumigen Veranden.

Ebenfalls im ersten Stock befinden sich zwei Queen-Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Das Hauptschlafzimmer im zweiten Stock verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Hauptbadezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche und zwei Waschbecken. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt außerdem über eine überdachte Veranda mit einem Sitzbereich für sechs Personen, in dem Sie sich mit Freunden unterhalten und Wein trinken oder sich morgens zum Kaffee treffen können. (Kostenlose Keurig-Brauerei mit einer Auswahl an K-Tassen, die beim Check-in zur Verfügung gestellt werden.) Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über Flachbildfernseher, DVD-Player und Kabel-TV.

Der Frangista Beach ist nur wenige Minuten vom Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, dem Dorf Baytowne Wharf, den Silver Sands Premium Outlets, dem Big Kahuna Water Park und einer Vielzahl familienfreundlicher Restaurants, Einkaufs- und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Der Strandservice (zwei Stühle und ein Sonnenschirm) ist vom 1. März bis zum 31. Oktober enthalten. Aufgrund einer kürzlich erlassenen Verordnung sind Zelte und Überdachungen an keinem Strand in Walton County erlaubt.

The location with a short walk to the beach, everything we needed for the beach such as chairs, towels, umbrella. Plenty of room for the two of us and our little dog to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals at home. The only thing I brought was our little air fryer. The staff at Francisca Beach properties was very accessible when we had questions. We would like to stay again and would highly recommend anyone to stay as well ! Other than being right on the beach itself, the location was truly unbeatable! Our favorite walk was along the boardwalk near the Wales tail and down further. Such a beautiful view!The description in the pictures shown on the website were very accurate. We found some of our favorite restaurants and grocery stores in the area. So many great restaurants to choose from. My husband loved the pasta at the last pizza Company and I loved the Greek food at the Aegean restaurant nearby. Another cool thing is I could order something from Amazon and pick it up at Whole Foods . The neighborhood was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. We slept well!Like I mentioned before, we would like to return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been visiting Destin for years, and Frangista is hands down the best. We are repeat, visitors and have now spent 3 weeks here. The location is perfect, the pool is clean, the house is beautiful, and the customer service is top notch. I accidentally sent a bunch of Amazon packages there after I went home, and their staff helped me get them sent back. They just go above and beyond all the time. Can't wait to return next year!

Convenience area to shopping, gas & restaurants

The home was very nice however don't recommend for toddlers as the steps were a problem even though we brought a gate, they needed to stay upstairs as the bedrooms downstairs were not large enough to put two sleeping type cribs. Although the property had a great living area. I did not like the open transoms over the bedroom doors as you can hear TV's on in next bedrm etc. Loved the kitchen utensils, could have left a lot of mine at home.

The house is located one street off of the extremely busy Scenic Gulf Dr., so you have all of the convenience of the location but it is on a nice quiet street. The walk to the beach is very easy. The pool across the street is great as well. The house was very comfortable and has everything you need. We are definitely coming back next year!

Perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aquaholic and can’t wait to come back. Our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) fit perfectly with plenty of room to be around each other. We loved all of the dvds, board games, and Xbox. The neighborhood is wonderful and safe, with the beach being an extremely short walk around the corner. The pool is also right across the street! My favorite coffee shop is also a quick 4 minute walk, giving you a nice little morning routine. You can’t beat it.

Great House and Location

This house is in the perfect location! Very short walk to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were a great bonus! Our beach spot was reserved every day. The house was perfect for our family of 7 and an infant. The kitchen is well stocked. It had everything we needed. Beach towels are also available to use. The house was well stocked with basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish and wash soap to get us started. It was great to bring our fur baby too. The pool was just across the street and very nice. It would be great if there was a golf cart 😊. We will definitely return to this house for vacation.

Location, location, location!!! Aquaholic was wonderful!

Wish we had a few more days. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week in Frangista Beach. The proximity to both the beach and pool was great. The house and especially the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very clean. We would love to come back and highly recommend this property. Hector was also awesome and responded quickly to any questions we had and went above and beyond with assisting our daughter on check out day. The only negative for my husband and I were the quality and number of pillows….kind of flat. Otherwise, we made lasting memories for my husband’s 60th!!

The best part is that they have beach service included in the cost, so no need to take as much to the beach each day. The only minor issue we had was that the refrigerator didn't keep the food as cold.

There is also a walking/ bike path along the scenic highway where you can see the ocean while walking your dog. At some points there is also a boardwalk above the beach. It’s one block from a road that goes out to Rt. 98.We stayed six weeks and felt safe and comfortable.

Excellent Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'll start with the positives. The location of this house is five stars all the way. The beach access is around the corner, and the pool is across the street. You can also walk to a number of places including a local coffee shop, souvenir shop, restaurants, bars, etc. The house itself, while still very good, needs some updates/repairs. A fresh coat of paint would go a long way. All of the bathrooms could use hooks and small shelves for added storage. Many of the supplies in the kitchen should be replaced, particularly the pots and pans and cooking utensils. The second floor balcony screen has a huge hole in it. The dining table is far too large for the space, and the chairs are impractical. Most of these are easy fixes, so I'm not sure why no one has addressed them yet. Despite the comments above, the house did suit our needs well. My only other comment is that this property advertised the pool heater being turned on as of November 16th, but it didn't actually go on until November 20th. The slightly earlier heating is why we booked this property over another option. (And believe me, you NEED a pool heater to swim in November.) After a couple of days of no change in pool temperature, the management company informed us the date was pushed to the 20th. This didn't ruin our trip by any means, but it was disappointing considering we lost nearly a whole week of swimming. Overall, we had a positive experience and would book with this property management company again.
