Welcome to City Escape Lakehouse, where you’ll find some of the most breathtaking 180° views on Lake LBJ. This serene, newly built lake house is perfect for multiple families, friends, or even a long-term stay. From the moment you walk in, you'll be greeted by awe-inspiring views of the lake, and a sense of calm will instantly set in.

City Escape is near family-friendly restaurants, pizzerias, shopping, coffee shops all within walking distance of the house. Boat Town, famous for live music, incredible burgers and pizza, and a Texas-sized bar and just pure fun, is a 5-minute WALK from the house. Another bonus is H-E-B, Texas’s biggest grocery store chain is less ½ mile from the house. Steps from the driveway is a 1-mile paved walking trail that shows native wildflowers and leads you to a school playground open on weekends and all summer long.

Relax in Adirondack chairs by the custom fire pit, fish from the dock, experience the stunning sunrises and sunsets over the lake, or rent a boat and explore the water.

Bring your own boat or water toys, or rent them through Splash Boat Rental (book in advance during the summer season). They will deliver right to our dock, making it easy for you to enjoy throughout your vacation.

OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE
City Escape is all you could hope for on a lakefront getaway! With 1/3 of an acre, it provides a HUGE lake front yard area for all of your activities. Cornhole in the fall, football in the winter, washers in the spring, & lakeside picnics in the summer! The property opens to the lake on one of the best stretches of water on Lake LBJ.

The location on the lake offers the perfect place to drop in your fishing poles or relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoors- whether you enjoy the sky changing colors at sunset, reflections off the lake, stargazing, or birdwatching, City Escape, inside and out, is the perfect place to get away and soak in life at the lake!

Please inquire about the specs for the boat lift and Jetski lift. The water is very active in this part of the lake and a lift is required.

This single-story home is ADA compliant, with large hallways, door frames, and hardwood floors, easy for wheelchairs (and strollers too) to wheel throughout. We are delighted to recommend services like personal massages and recommend nearby excursions to vineyards, hill country, concert venues, nighttime BOW fishing and so much more.

PARKING
There is space for 4 vehicles in the driveway. Trailers can be parked in the driveway. Please do not park on the grass.
