Dieses 6-Zimmer-Haus, 6. 5 Bäder verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock und bietet Platz für 14 Personen in Betten. Ideal für große, ausgedehnte oder mehrere Familien. Der offene Grundriss ist perfekt für Unterhaltung.

Geben Sie die zu Hause durch eine offene Veranda zum offenen Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen Flachbild-TV mit Comcast Kabel und DVD-Spieler. Der Speisesaal verfügt über einen großen Tisch und ist offen für sowohl Küche und Wohnzimmer. Die moderne Küche ist mit viel Ablagefläche mit Granit. Das Zentrum der Insel hat Sitzmöglichkeiten für 4.

Die erste Etage verfügt auch über 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 mit Doppelbetten und 1 Doppelbett, jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen eigenen einzigartigen eigenem Bad. Sie haben eine harte Zeit Kommissionierung ein Favorit. Es gibt Zugang zu einer großen Außenterrasse über zwei der Schlafzimmer. Das Deck verfügt über einen Whirlpool, Außendusche und Grillplatz. Die erste Etage Doppel-Wohnzimmer hat auch einen Tag Bett und ein Queen-Schlafsofa, falls ein einzelnes Individuum zu einem der Schlafzimmer besetzen will.

Die zweite Etage verfügt über 3 weitere Schlafzimmer und zwei große Terrassen, eine auf der Vorderseite des Hauses und ein Blick auf den Hinterhof. Ob Sonne oder im Schatten wollen, werden Sie immer in der Lage, ein großartiger Ort zum Sitzen und Entspannen zu finden sein.

Great family time

My family came to Rehobeth to celebrate our Christmas and my husband’s 70th birthday. The house was great for the eight of us and a couple of dogs. We were close to walk to the playground, park, town and the beach. We had plenty of room and a great design that allowed family time and alone space. David was most helpful from my initial inquiry to our final day.

Thanks giving with the New generation

12 of us came to Rehoboth to celebrate Thanksgiving and to meet the newest member of our family. The house is PERFECT! 6 bedrooms with en suite baths AND a powder room! The entire living space is open to the kitchen, so everyone is together. The walk to the beach was delightful - the neighbor hood is beautiful. The beach - WELL- enough said! David couldn't have been more attentive and the house is in immaculate condition. You will love it!

A fabulous house to enjoy Seawitch weekend.

My whole family was so impressed with the amenities to the home. Everyone had their own bathrooms and the open living space was so fun to spread out and play games, cook and eat together. The outside spaces were a bonus and we were so grateful we could bring our dogs. Our host checked on us but gave us our privacy. Thank you and highly recommend.

What a beautiful home!

Could not have found a better place for our group of eight to stay in Rehoboth. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants/shops. The house was tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, with comfortable furniture and beds. Every bedroom having its own bathroom was a nice amenity. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal, and having two dishwashers and refrigerators is huge plus. There is ample lighting throughout the house. The two balconies, porch, and back yard seating provides great space with sufficient and comfortable seating for large groups. The jacuzzi was much appreciated as it was clean and easy to operate. This beautiful and well maintained home in a quiet prime neighborhood is just the perfect place for a large gathering of friends and family.

We love staying at this lovely property! The location allows each of our family members to do what they love. It is a short walk to a nice playground, the boardwalk, and the ocean. There is something for everyone! This was our second stay here and there will definitely be a third!

Amazing property for very reasonable price!

The pictures don’t do this property justice. Clean, spacious, comfortable home. Each room has its own bathroom which gives one a hotel feel. Quiet, clean, and safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful family reunion

Delightful house for our family reunion--we are planning on repeating next year! The high ceilings and open space downstairs easily accommodated our large group. Meal prep was easy at its large kitchen island. The huge DR table was great for card games and dinners. Casual gatherings happened at multiple spots inside & out. And, all loved having private baths for the Q and K bedrooms. David was very helpful--we had a few minor issues that he took care of cheerfully and quickly.

Family Reunion

We had a great stay at this house in Rehoboth for a family reunion. There were 12 of us and plenty of room for all. Lots of great outdoor space, comfortable living room and kitchen and dining areas. It's a little further from town than we expected, but overall not a bad location- nice quiet pretty block. The property manager was very helpful in resolving some very minor issues with the house while we were there. Would stay here again- a great time was had by all ages!

Beautiful, spacious home for a family vacation

We had a large family together (8 of us) and were able to enjoy the end of summer at this well-appointed home with a bathroom for each bedroom. Spacious and clean with a great kitchen (we like to cook dinner together each night) and 2 large refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. We had some initial questions about the property when we first arrived and David was so responsive, including coming by the house twice. A lovely property and our weather was perfect! Cool bugfree nights were great in the hot tub too!

Excellent choice for all-ages family reunion

340 Hickman was pretty much ideal for our extended family's reunion week in a roomy house in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor smaller group gathering spaces, nearby parks as well as reasonable hike to the beach, nice hot tub, comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. For us, it was expensive, but well worth it.

Great Space for Family Vacation!

This was a terrific house for our extended family of 12. Six bedrooms with six en suite bathrooms made every room feel special. The community space was large, and we could all sit at the dining area table together. In addition, two fridges and two dishwashers made family dinners even easier. The deck space and easy walking were enjoyed by all. David even came by to check on us the first day and share some tips. I can't recommend the house enough!

Great Family Trip

David was great - got to meet him in person when we checked in - the ONLY blemish was some tiny ants by the kitchen sink which obviously David has no control over - but all in all - loved the place / size was perfect for our large family - absolutely would come back and absolutely would recommend to friends/family.

Thanksgiving get away

The house was very large and met all of our needs.We were an extended family looking to have space for a Thanksgiving get away. Having two dishwashers was very convenient and the kitchen was adequately stocked. We also liked being able to bring our dog with us. The location was nice to walk to lower parts of downtown. We drove to the beach as we did have some older folks with us, but it is walkable. David was very responsive when we needed some help with a circuit breaker that had been tripped. There were a few small things that could use some updating/repairs and it could have been a little cleaner, ie, there was old moldy coffee in the coffee maker, obviously just missed by the cleaners. Overall, we had a nice time and would consider staying here again if we had such a large group.

Great for a larger group

The house was HUGE!! Enough for 3 adult couples and 5 children to spread out and large family gathering areas. The hot tub was a plus, however it did not work consistently. David the property manager was responsive with initial queries, but follow up could have been better. We were told that someone would come to service the hot tub, but didn't received confirmation or updates. A house binder would have been helpful to give vacationers a heads up on any idiosyncrasies (i.e the fridge temp increasing but will decrease, hot tub issues). Kitchen is well stocked with cutlery, plates, bowls, glass ware. 2 refrigerators is a game changer.

Great house with room for everyone to relax

We loved this house! Check in was easy, house was clean, David checked in with us once on first day and was very friendly. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, extra fridge was key. Distance to beach is a nice 15-20 min walk, 5 min bike ride. With little kids or older beachgoers- it's worth driving.

Great House

We were a family group of 12 adults. The house worked great for us. Great seating areas for us to gather in small groups or large. Dining table seats 12 and 2 outdoor tables accommodated 12 or more, so we could all eat together. This outdoor area was one of 4, made it easy for us to move around as a group in and out of the sun. Outdoor areas with seating front and back on both the first and second floor. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes, etc and had 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators! Easily accommodated all of our food and beverages. Dave is a great house manager, stopped over the greet the first of our party when we arrived. Responded promptly to texts with questions. The only negative was the distance to the beach, the house is 5 blocks from the beach, but they are long blocks, the walk is about a mile. Did have parking passes, so an easy drive to the beach. All in all a great stay!
